Top Secret - Brazilian Cyber Defense Agency Memo

Foreign Minister Oscar DeSilva agrees to the argument whole-heartedly. This Triparte agreement will be vital to all parties. We hope our Nigerian counterparts quickly agree to the proposal.

Secretary De Cecco would privately thank Foreign Minister DeSilva for the acceptance of the trade proposal and in turn ask for further details regarding the port of destination where the goods should be delivered directly from Buenos Aires in the weekly period stated in the agreement.

Furthermore, the Secretary would invite his brazilian counterpart to offer goods to be imported from Brazil to Argentina to further boost bilateral trade.

All this would be done over private and encrypted government channels. Once the deal is signed, it would be released to the open media.

Minister DeSilva would privately send an encrypted message that he would like goods shipped from Argentina to Brazil via freighter ship weekly to the port of Rio De Dinero. As far as Brazilian exports we would like to focus on vehicles and machinery or possibly Iron or Steel.
