Both Presidents would enter the conference room and flashes and camera clicks would flood the room. The Presidents would position themselves on their assigned pedestals and the chief of ceremony would formally introduce them. Some aides would bring each of the Heads of State a fancy looking pen in order to sign the Agreements:

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
ON ANTARCTIC SCIENTIFIC COOPERATION
BETWEEN
THE ARGENTINE ANTARCTIC INSTITUTE
AND THE
REPUBLIC OF KOREA'S ANTARCTIC PROGRAMM

and

General Commerce and Economic Cooperation Agreement
between the
Argentine Republic
and the
Republic of Korea

(source)

The argentine President would sign the first originals and hand them over to his korean counterpart for him to do the same.

President Kim would enter with his host as the cameras flashed to take pictures, joining his counterpart on the assigned areas for the two, he would take the pen for the signing ceremony. As Argentine President would sign the agreements, the Korean President would do the same, exchanging them back with his Argentine counterpart after signing the documents.

Once everything was officially signed, both Presidents would shake hands for the photographers and media present. The President would quickly address the public:

"Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you for being here today and witnessing this historical moment, but special thanks to President Kim and his Administration, for sharing our vision of a prosper and ever-growing bilateral relationship with the long term goal of bringing prosperity to the argentine and korean people. We sincerely hope that this is but the first step in a series of agreements and exchanges that will bring our nations even closer.

Now, if you would excuse us, we have to get ready for our visit tomorrow to argentine antarctic station at the South Pole.
"

The Presidents would leave the room. President cambiasso would politely invite President Kim to continue his own private agenda, reminding that they were to be early at the El Palomar Air Force Base for the trip to Antarctica. The Argentine Antarctic program would provide the entire korean delegation with all the necesary gear, plus a schedule of the planned trip.

At 8pm, the korean delegation (a smaller group, specifically chose to accompany the President and to fit within the flight capacity), headed by the President himself would be brought to the El Palomar Air Force base, where they would meet the argentine President and his staff. They would wait in a comfortably arranged room, while the luggage was being loaded into the designated argentine air force Dassault Falcon 20.

With everybody on board, the aircraft would take off and head directly to Ushuaia, where they would safely land and the VIP passengers would be directly brought to their designated luxury accomodations. Meanwhile, back in the airport a Hercules C-130H would be prepared for the trip to the South Pole, including refreshments/food and seating modules being loaded and installed.

With everybody on board and the aircraft fully fueled and crewed, they would wait for approval to take off from the metereologica station that was monitoring the entire route to the South Pole to guarantee a safey journey. Once ready, it would take off with the argentine and korean presidents on board. They, like the rest of the people on board, would have already changed into their special thermal clothes, designed for antarctic conditions. The aricraft would head to Marambio Base and stop for refueling before taking off again for the last leg towards the Moreno Station at the South Pole.

With clear and good flying conditions, the Argentine Air Force Hercules would arrived in time at the Moreno Station and land on its 3600m runway safely. The Presidents would leave the aircraft together and be greeted by the station chief, right under two flagpoles, one with the argentine flag and another hoisitng the Republic of Korea's national flag. A small line of military logistical personnel would be lined up in the back performing a military salute. The Presidents would, together with the station chief, head to the main building of the station, where they would meet the Scientific Director of the Station. The rest of the foreign delegation would come right behind the main group.

After some hot beverages and explanation on the layout and history of the station, the Scientific Director would invite the Heads of State to go see the laboratories and scientific facilities at the station. They would visit modern, last-gen equipped facilities with several argentine scientists, spanning from biologist and geologist to climatologist and astrophysicist at work. SOme of them would explain in broken english what they were doing and the potential practical applications of their research.

Once done, the Delegation would be invited outside (it would be almost midday by now), were they would walk the few meters into the geographic south pole, which would be marked by a large sign and a flag pole with a large argentine flag. The scientific director would explain to the President's a little about the particularities of this location.

The argentine president would comment to the stations scientific director about the recently signed antarctic cooperation agreement and how korean scientists will soon be joining the argentine researchers at some of the stations to contributed to scientific development.

With everything going as planned, the Hercules C-130H would be refueled and ready for the back journey. It would do the same route (direct flight to Ushuaia with technical stopover in Marambio for refueling). The delegation woudl arrive late in the night at Ushuaia, where they would rest before heading back on the Dassault Falcon early in the morning to Buenos Aires.

All flights would be done under safe flight conditions and with all aircraft fueled and crewed accordingly.

After the signing ceremony, the trip to the antarctic was tightly coordinated. Whether and changes could affect the safety of the two leaders and their entourage were closely monitored. President Kim was changed into the proper clothes and equipment. The ROK Special Operators would be waiting at the El Palomar Air Force Base, being tasked with the special protection alongside P.S.S. agents. They would chat with the Argentine military personnel and wait as the two Leaders arrived. As the arrived, the President and the small group within flight capacity boarded the Argentine Dassault Falcon 20 as they left for the Argentine Antarctic Territory.

The aircraft would take off and land at Ushuaia while the necessary equipment for the South Pole visit was loaded with the Argentinian C-130H. With the permitted flight conditions, the Koreas and their hosts would land safely, where President Kim would be greeted by the station chief, seeing the Korean flag hoisted next to the Argentine flag. Following his hosts, President Kim entered the facilities, his delegation following behind them as they walked inside. President Kim joined President Cambiasso as the two were invited into the scinfiftic facilities and they explored the facilities. The President was quite astonished by the Argentinians efforts to build such a state of the art facility. Noting it would be a great opportunity to advance Korea's scientific research and cooperating with their Argentinian counterparts. The President would understood a little of what was being said, but, the marvel of their work spoke where language barriers could not. After finishing the tour and explanations, the President would follow his guides outside. Wondering if the floor beneath them would just collapse as he walked over the pure white snow. He had high admirations for the efforts to bring science and development to the harsh environment and the dedication of the scientists. The Antarctic was a beautiful place, very beautiful. As he and the delegation observed the surroundings and took in the fresh and clear air. The President looked around as well, taking in the sight and remarking how beautiful it was to the Argentine President.

After the tour had finished, the delegations would return to the station where President Kim thanked the station director for his kindness and the hard work of his staff. He hoped for strong Korean-Argentine scientific relations and to learn from the Argentinians. Learning more about the location and the efforts ongoing. He asked the director to look after the Korean scientists joining them in the future. As they flew over the South Pole, the Korean delegation smiled and looked out as they saw penguins wishing they had seen them on the ground. The beauty in the air was unimaginable. After the trip, President Kim and his delegation returned back to Buenos Aires with their hosts, a successful trip and one that the President would always remember. Still...the cold was a little too much for him.

With the very positive korean presidential visit coming to an end, the argentine President would have one last private meeting with his korean counterpart to say farewell and to agree to continue with this promising bilateral exchange through financial and political cooperation, and specially, through the development of infrastructure projescts and direct ivnestment in korea through the Argentine Development and cooperation Agency.

The motorcade, escorted by police vehicles, would leave the lodging of the korean president and bring him together with his delegation, to the Ezeiza International Airport, where he would depart for his homeland.
