Italian Libya has been in isolation for years at this point, since the end of the Libyan Federation in 2005. Libya has become a 'Hermit Kingdom' in North Africa, but with the ongoing 'Grande Dibattito' and Francesco Messe taking the ILNA opinion in its foreign policy. Messe has made a Public announcement, announcing his intentions to reach out to any 'Anti-Communistic and Pro-Monarchist force' around the globe. Using the end of the insurgency in Libya as proof of Italian North Africa being a stable and strengthening ally in North Africa.
