Selling military equipment to your government is complicated by the fact that we do not have established diplomatic relations. However, it is understandable that your military needs a limited amount of equipment to be able to maintain law and order and to defend itself. I hope that your government considers contacting the State Department so that we can establish diplomatic missions and exchange ambassadors. In the meantime, what quantity of these products is your government interested in purchasing?​
