Dear Whom it May Concern, At this present time we exceed your maximum allowance for diplomatic, mission and security staff at our embassies. May I reiterate that our diplomatic and mission staff are unarmed and all our security staff are contracted by security companies in your nation. Due to Argentina's position as a major power in South America and the ability for our embassy to act not only on behalf of Argentina, but also Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia we deem it necessary to have 100 diplomatic and mission staff in our Embassy in Buenos Aires. We have review your case and have decided to increase the amount of permitted australian personnel posted to the Embassy of Australia in Buenos Aires. We see a new maximum of 18 diplomats, 12 mission staff and 6 security personnel as reasonable for the current needs and australian expat community in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
