Dear Whom it May Concern, At this present time we exceed your maximum allowance for diplomatic, mission and security staff at our embassies. May I reiterate that our diplomatic and mission staff are unarmed and all our security staff are contracted by security companies in your nation. Due to Brazil's position as a major power in South America and being a tourist hotspot we deem it necessary to have 100 diplomatic and mission staff in our Embassy in Brasilia.
