Dear Whom it May Concern, At this present time we exceed your maximum allowance for diplomatic, mission and security staff at our embassies. May I reiterate that our diplomatic and mission staff are unarmed and all our security staff are contracted by security companies in your nation. Due to France's position as a major power in the world and also in the Pacific we deem it necessary to have 200 diplomatic and mission staff in Paris.
