Dear Leaders, We wish to extend this opportunity to propose a new organisation, the South Pacific Forum, in order to create a forum which will enhance dialogue in the Pacific region and for us to resolve some pressing matters pertaining to our region. As such I would like for all your regional leaders, that is the leaders of New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, the Pitcairn Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands to visit myself in Canberra so we may hold a summit to discover this proposal. Yours Sincerely, Dr. Carmen Lawrence. |
