The Government of Argentina would privately and secretly take note of this communication between Australia to the United Kingdom, being both neutral countries in the Franco-Argentine war.

The Argentine Government would not be able to "take note" of this communication as it is labelled "SECRET".

As per MN Rules, "Topic Titles and their descriptions do not count.". The notes have been taken on a small Star Wars themed notebook before being typed down into a formal internal memo. All this obviously, secret, encrypted, classified etc. etc.
