At RAAF Base Amberley in Brisbane, the 2nd/30th Training Group from 6th Brigade would begin gathering. There would be 250 Regular Personnel and 15 Bushmaster PMVs. 2 Boeing 707s from the RAAF No. 33 Squadron would be made available to transport the 250 troops and all their personal equipment. The troops would begin boarding one by one, their equipment would be placed in the cargo hull by handlers. 3 C-17 Globemaster IIIs from No. 36 Squadron (also at Amberley) would also be made available for the Bushmaster transport. 6 Bushmasters were able to be transported in a Globemaster, so there was 5 in each Globemaster. All 5 aircraft would be loaded and the cargo would be secured. The doors would be shut and locked and they would begin taxiiing for the runway. They would all take off one by one bound for Sembawang Air Base in Singapore. They would all follow the same route: QG -> PH -> OI -> OJ.

The 5 aircraft would begin their descent into Sembawang and would assumably get permission to land from the air traffic control tower. The aircraft would land one by one at the air base and would taxi to a disused parking spot. There the troops would begin unloading from stairwells and their personal equipment would be unloaded from the hull. They would all begin forming a drill formation on the tarmac. When they had all be formed into their respective platoons, the commanding officer of the Training Group would begin ordering them to march, assumably the Singaporeans would be looking on.

They would begin marching to their new barracks at Sembawang Air Base which had been set up by the Singaporeans as per the agreement. The commanding officer would order them to start singing Waltzing Matilda.

Meanwhile at the Globemasters, a few of the troops would stay behind to drive the 15 Bushmasters off the 3 Globemasters and to the Barracks where they would be parked in their parking spots in sheds and under carports. Once the aircraft had all be unloaded they would be refuelled, the crew would be given food and they would turn back around, heading off back to RAAF Base Amberley in Brisbane. They would take off one by one again and would fly back the same route to Amberley: OJ -> OI -> PH -> QG.

Vincent was present on the tarmac when the Australian troops made their arrival at Sembawang Air Base. Together with his staff of advisers as well as the commanding generals of his army, they would properly greet their Australian guests in a respectable, disciplined manner. Vincent would greet the Australian commanders personally before introducing his staff and finally his generals.

Soldiers of 4th. Brigade Support Battalion, in formation to greet 2/30 Training Group.

Lined up in formation across from the Australians would be the fifty men of the 4th Bde. Support Battalion. They were of the King's own personal brigade, and for the most part had been relied on heavily to make sure the barracks and all facilities were ready to accept their guests. A few of them would stay behind to assist the Australians with transporting the vehicles to their designated area. The others would join the King and his staff in accompanying the Australians on their march to their temporary home.
