Overview |
The United Kingdom Settlers Association (UKSA) is the only multicultural organisation for Australians whose ancestors came from the British Isles (Anglo-Celtic Australians). Our aim is to celebrate and defend the history and interests of traditional Australians. We call out vilification, discrimination, and violence directed at our community. We also provide analysis and education about the challenges that our people are facing. With a long history and bright future, this organisation will continue to provide a sphere for families and individuals to come together and share friendship and direct support for one another in solidarity of common heritage. The support by our members enables us to work for our people. This is achieved not only by promoting and facilitating local activities but by being a voice for our people through advocacy at state and federal levels. From our foundation in 1967 this organisation has operated with the same core values we have today. Having evolved over the changing landscape of our nation, the UKSA is still going strong today, celebrating the ongoing contributions to Australia by people of British Isles descent. |
