SECRET

To: Ministry of Foreing Affairs of Èran
Subject: Bilateral Relations

The Department of State of the Portuguese Republic extends its warmest regards to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Èran. In light of our shared commitment to stability and regional security, Portugal is eager to explore ways to deepen diplomatic, economic, and cultural ties with Èran, a respected leader in its region.

In particular, Portugal is interested in hearing Èran’s perspective on the recent incident in the Red Sea involving an attack on Egyptian assets. This event raises pressing questions about the security of essential maritime routes, and Portugal believes that through constructive dialogue, our nations can explore ways to support stability and ensure safe, open waters.

Beyond security cooperation, we believe there is substantial potential for collaboration in fields such as energy, education, and cultural exchange. We are also interested in discussing mutual opportunities for bilateral trade and technology partnerships, which we believe would bring meaningful benefits to both Portugal and Èran.

We look forward to hearing your thoughts on these proposals and to any ideas Èran may wish to explore in deepening our bilateral relationship.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Secretary of State,
Luís Amado

I, Sha'an'Sha Gustàsp III, the great king, king of kings, king of the lands of Èran with many tribes, king of this great earth so far and wide, of Gustàsp, the king, son, a Haxāmanišya, bits you welcome at my Gate to the outer world, and greets Secretary of State Luís Amado of the noble Portuguese Republic.

Honorable Secretary Luìs Amado,

with great pleasure we have overseen your message at the government of our Kingdom. We wish the Portuguese republic a blossoming in the lights of the sun, that may let its country become a garden of appreciation for the Waters to see, the Mountains to protect, the Earth to splendor at.
As we are, by fades favor, a freshly emerged government, in the light of fresh monarchic guidance and democratic representation, committing to peace, stability and wealth of our country and region, we thank you with great interest for this outreach. Even if our currently possibilities for actions to insure the world wide needed stability in the Red Sea region , vital and close to our own country too, are limited, we are greatly interested in cooperation and jointed commitment in this region.

The Kingdom of Èran greatly condemns the missile strikes against Egypt and furthermore the thread to stability for international shipping routes in the region. We clearly see them as actions of ruthless destabilization in the region, and international trade in general. We would openly like to further insure an international commitment to ensure peace and security for the red sea maritime trade lines.
Our government seeks, after the past decades of ill-faded religious fanatism, cultural, economic and technological exchange with the civilized world, and we would like therefore an meeting with your government, be it in Iran or Portugal, for discussion of further ties and treaties of long lasting exchange and partnership, especially in trade, technology and resource exchange. We also would propose to arrange a permanently embassy of both our foreign Ministry's in Tehran and Lisbon.

May the light of truth ever blossom on the honorable government and people of the Portuguese republic, who stands in front of us, in such noble intention.

Sincerely,

Bahrām-e Čūbīn

It is a profound honor to receive such gracious words and wishes from your Majesty, and on behalf of the Portuguese Republic, I extend the sincerest gratitude and admiration for the Kingdom of Èran. May your reign bring prosperity and peace to your people, as enduring and abundant as the mountains and rivers that adorn your land.

We welcome your Majesty’s resolute stance on the issue of security in the Red Sea, and we stand firmly with Èran in condemning the destabilizing actions witnessed there. Portugal shares your deep commitment to a safe and stable international maritime environment, and we are eager to explore pathways for meaningful cooperation in safeguarding these vital trade routes. Together, we believe Portugal and Èran can contribute substantially to an international coalition committed to peace and security in the Red Sea region.

Regarding the fruitful avenues of cultural, economic, and technological exchange that your Majesty has proposed, Portugal would be honored to enter discussions that build the foundation for a robust and lasting partnership. We agree that a bilateral meeting would be an excellent step forward and would gladly host representatives of the Kingdom of Èran here in Lisbon. Alternatively, we would be equally honored to send an official delegation to Tehran, where our nations may discuss the frameworks of collaboration in trade, technology, and resource exchange that will benefit both of our peoples.

Portugal also warmly welcomes your Majesty’s proposal to establish permanent embassies in Lisbon and Tehran, which we believe will serve as enduring symbols of our countries' commitment to open dialogue, cooperation, and mutual respect.

With deep appreciation for your Majesty’s leadership and the Kingdom of Èran’s vision, Portugal looks forward to forging a future of shared prosperity and friendship with Èran.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Honorable Secretary Luìs Amado,

even as our own maritime capabilities are very limited right now, to commit to any substantial actions for maritime security in the red sea region, as well as our own home waters like the Persian Gulf, we are grateful for the firm stance of your government aside of our own government for international stability in those waters. We would definitely like for long lasting bilateral cooperation in these waters and even further maritime interests.

For discussion those and the other avenues of cultural, economic, and technological exchange, your honorable government has agreed to talk about so generously, we would like to send an Emissary to Lisbon, as you invited us so benignant. We will also send as deputy for our Emissary the future Ambassador to your great country and are grateful to welcome your government ambassador in Tehran.

We look forward for establishment of our diplomatic exchange and the building of fruitful ties between our countries.

Sincerely,

Bahrām-e Čūbīn

I extend my gratitude for your government’s thoughtful response and continued commitment to fostering international stability. Portugal deeply appreciates Èran’s willingness to explore avenues of maritime cooperation despite the current limitations of your naval capabilities. We stand ready to support Èran in developing a broader framework for maritime security in the Red Sea, the Persian Gulf, and beyond, ensuring that these vital waterways remain safe for all.

We warmly welcome your emissary and the future Ambassador to Lisbon and are eager to begin discussions that will lay the groundwork for a strong and enduring partnership.
We look forward to productive talks in Lisbon, where we can outline pathways for cultural, economic, and technological collaboration that will serve as the foundation for long-term cooperation.

May this partnership thrive and bring prosperity to both our nations.

Aryan Dabiri landed at an late afternoon in Lisbon, accompanied by an small entourage of 2 secretary’s and 2 personal security men, from the ranks of the Anûšiya-an-Sha itself. The future ambassador in Lisbon, Yazdegerd Pishdar, was accompanied by the bigger staff of 14 people, including 4 security personal. They arrived at Humberto Delgado Airport with an Fokker 100, giving enough space for the 22 passengers and their luggage. Both, Aryan and Yazdegerd had, as most of the recent political personal in the foreign ministry, a history of long lasting exile life before coming back to Iran after the regime change. Aryan had lived in Portugal itself for 8 years, while Yazdegred was born from an Iranian exile family in Brazil, so both spoke Portuguese fluently. An Policy the new Iranian government tried to pursue for all their new diplomatic relationships, to benefit from there homecoming elite of well educated, and many sha loyal, exile population.
