Back to Balkan Fury Again (Not for Odinson to deal with due to conflict of interest)

I couldn't help but notice to start calculating the validity of this roleplay. Odinson roleplays Logan's shells hitting the Embassy. The Norwegian Embassy he says is about 3000 feet from the Assembly, which is correct but misleading, because 3000 feet is 1km. 1km makes a huge difference in artillery fire. Logan roleplays aiming his artillery at the Assembly Building. I can't get the accuracy rate for that specific artillery but I did some google searches on the worst possible accuracy for artillery fire and the result I got was "500 metres at most" and for an artillery piece like that which is fairly new and advanced, I doubt it would be inaccurate by a kilometre. I want Odinson's actions of roleplaying that artillery hitting his embassy reviewed because ultimately it led to Logan's downfall and eventually him rage quitting, so the consequences for that one action were big.

Hello @Owen ,

Prior to your Support Ticket, I was in the process of investigating the Roleplay between Serbia (Logan) and Norway (Odinson) — And, it came to my attention that both Players were unaware of the Ruleset.
To correct this, I've been waiting for Logan to accept my Request so that we can discuss the series of Events that led him to leave us.
