Sitting in his den, President Silva chomps on a freshly lit Cohiba, only to put it down to take a sip of a Johnny Walker Blue, neat. After his sip, President Romero eyes his Foreign Minister, Juan DeSilva.
"Minister Silva, I would like to have a chat the SEUOSS leadership, I believe we had a summit arranged, did we not?"
"Yes, in Danang. On the agenda is the the building of a VBMT-LR plant in Vietnam, and we are also to discuss the possibility of building an ethanol fuel plant in Brazil, solely for SEUOSS consumption. And, if we can, purchase some old military equipment."
"Excellent."
Minister Silva picks up the President's phone and punches a button.
"Have the Cyber Division encrypt a phone call to the SEUOSS leadership."
A buzz from the phone seconds later indicates that the line is being encrypted.
President Romero hits the speaker button, so that both he and Minister Silva ca hear the phone call.
"Hello, this is President Romero of Brazil."
