Brazil - Message to Russia

It has been a busy morning for Brazilian President Victor Romero. He has already taken calls from the Prime Minister of Japan and President of France. Now, he begins his third and final call of the morning.

Once he has been assured the the Brazilian Cyber Agency tech in his office that the phone line has been encrypted and secured he hits the speaker dial on his cellphone and listens to it ring.

"Privet."

"Yes, hello. This is Brazilian President Victor Romero of Brazil. I wish to speak to President Sergey Baburin, if he is available. yes, I will hold."

Eventually the call would privately be put through to the office of the President of Russia via SIN."Hello, this is President Baburin's Secretary. He is currently on another line. Would you like to leave a message?"

"If he is not available, then I would like to speak to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anna Markova.? Is this possible?"\

"She is currently in talks with a Nigerian Delegation. What is the nature of the talks you wish to hold? Perhaps I can find you someone who has the ability to discuss them?"

"Well, we would like to open further trade routes. Moreover, we would like to discuss Russian military opportunities in the South Atlantic. I will hold.'

"I see, so you will wish to speak with the minister of trade first. Would you like me to put you through?"

The call would be transferred to the line of the Minister of Trade which was also encrypted by SIN."Hello? Is this the President of Brazil? I have been informed you wish to discuss some rather important matters."

[Moe]

"Yes, I would like to open trades routes with your country. We previously had a trade route where we delivered poultry, soybeans, and raw sugar to the Port of Novorossiysk, but had to discontinue it due the Italian naval blockade. Which has now ceased."

President Romero would pause and take a puff on a Cohiba.

"I would also like to speak to you, or someone who can update me on your status with the CIS, and also about the possibility of a joint naval base, near the Caribbean Sea."
