When President Romero hears the phone pick up he answers, "Hello, President Johnathon. I understand we have a problem with an Argentinian shipping vessel off the coast of Nigeria.

I am calling to let you know that Brazil has a Destroyer just 10km off the coast off Lagos, assisting in the Boko Haram insurgency. Brazil can and will assist in anyway to free the Argentinian captives. We should coordinate as soon as possible as the Argentinian naval bases are far too away for them to handle this problem, unless they can contact the terrorists and negotiate a deal.

"Hello President Romero, yes indeed it seems we have quite the issue, we are planning on dispatching a corvette and a frigate with some special forces to deal with the issue ourselves, We believe that deploying a destroyer for such an issue to be a bit over the top, considering there are some two dozen pirates, however we would not turn down the support especially when it comes to tracking where these pirates came from.

Is your destroyer currently carrying a helicopter unit? This may be useful for deploying our special forces to take the vessel."
