It has been some time since we have talked. Just over six months ago we were talking about building a Brazilian troop carrier in Vietnam. Bur those talks ended prematurely. Unfortunately at this time funding for new projects is tide up and we have shifted focus with the establishment of the new permanent government. However smaller projects may be available and we are interested in acquiring currently produced equipment. One piece of Brazilian equipment that the military has shown interest in is the MSS-1.2. We have also opened up a equipment acquirement program for a Naval infantry Division and Airborne Division. Also, I would like to propose the start of a direct trade route between our countries. For exports we can provide Electrical machinery, Footwear, Computers, Textiles, and Furniture at this time.

Currently we have negotiated with a number of countries involved in the dispute and have made significant progress on the matter.

We would be happy to import computers from Vietnam. We can export to Vietnam:

1. Iron Ore
2. Crude Petroleum
3. Soybeans
4. Raw Sugar
5. Poultry Meat

We would like the computers to be shipped to the Port of Rio. Please name the Brazilian export and your port of choice and we can seal the deal.

As far as the MSS 1.2 rocket launcher we can sell them to you for $22,000 a piece.

We would like to import Iron ore and crude petroleum. You can import them through Da Nang Port on a monthly basis. For the computers how often would you like them delivered?

Thank you for your prompt reply. We will have Iron ore and crude petroleum sent to the port in Danang on a monthly basis and you could send computers to the port of Rio on a monthly basis as well.

The production of the MSS 1.2 launchers will be 1.2 million dollars in total. Once we have received the funds production will commence on your order.

Greetings again, production has begun on the MSS 1.2s on they should arrive shortly, as will the monthly shipments of iron or and crude. In terms of ground radar, I must assume you are referring to the SABER-M200. Do you wish you wish to purchase individual units or would you like or are you interested in Domestic Production Rights? Both are on the table. The price for one SABER-M200 would be $30,000,000.

Based on what I have been informed about, the Saber is a air defence radar while our military seeks a ground surveillance radar. I am to assume that you have such systems with the larger Amazon Surveillance System?
