Brazilian Diplomats Evicted From Canada

Being given 24 hours to leave the Canada, the Brazilian diplomatic staff at the embassy in Ottawa, quickly shreds what few documents there is between the two countries could be. They are given two hours to destroy any connection between Brazil and Canada. Computers and shredded paper are tossed into an incinerator.

They send encrypted messages to the other Brazilian consulates in Canada.

"All paper will be shredded and then thrown into an incinerator. All computers that had been used in the office will be thrown into the incinerator as well. Everything will be burned."

At Brazilian consulates in British Columbia and Alberta the workers are ordered to shred documents and throw all computers into the basement incinerators. As are the employees at the Consulates in Halifax, Montreal, and Consulate General in Toronto.

The employees, once finished with their work, take the earliest flights to points abroad of their choice.

Detachments of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police were issued to escort the Brazilians to the nearest Airport where they can take a flight out of the country. There was enough officers to also claim back the embassies and consulates buildings once they've left the buildings themselves. Anything would be detained and kept for future evidence if deemed so. The buildings were deemed not safe until an inspection was completed by both the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the local Fire Brigade units.

Now that the Brazilians are out of the Canada, Brazilian Employees of Air Canada decide not to show up for work that day; no maintenance crew, no pilots, no flight attendants. Any Canadian thinking about leaving Brazil must start looking for other airlines. But those crew members of those airlines, especially the maintenance crews refuse to work on any planes flying Canadians. Flight Manifests are issued the day before and any plane carrying a Canadian will get no service.

The 24 hour clock is ticking.

As you cannot control employed of an airline that isn’t connected to Brazil, this would be false. All Canadians would be out of brazil as stated in a previous post within 16hours way before the deadline

It would seem to reason that Brazilians do in fact work for Canadian Companies, such as Air Canada.

But what you do not control is what Brazilian workers do on Brazilian soil.

Therefore the Brazilian workers have refused to refuel your jets, or maintenance them.

So you are grounded for the time being.

The 24 hour time clock is now down to 12 hours.

Your jets are sitting on the runway.

Two VBMT-LR's armed with 12.7mm machine guns in park behind each wheel gage of the (unstated number of jets you were going to use for extraction).

Another 10 VBMT-LR's, have been called to the airport tarmac. They surround it quickly. They are armed with 12.7mm machine guns. From each 4 men jump out and take cover each carrying a IWI Tavor

The Canadian planes will not leave the airport.

With the news of the Brazilians surrounding the commercial Air Canada aircraft. This would be broadcasted to the world and pictures would be taken by civilians onboard the aircrafts and these would be posted on the internet worldwide. The pictures would show Brazilian Brazilian aggression. All this would be happening at São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport

Canada has condemned Brazil for their actions holding civilians life’s at stake. This would also be shown to the world.

Iberia, the flagship airline of the Kingdom of Spain currently operates two flights to Brazil each day, one to São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport and one to Rio de Janeiro–Galeão International Airport but the flight from Rio de Janeiro–Galeão International Airport would have already took off before anything had happened and would be in the middle of its flight before anyone on board had an understanding of what had happened.

Captain Luis González of Iberia 6827, an Airbus A340-600 would see the ongoing situation on the runaway as he and his co-pilot had finished shut down of the flight from Madrid to Rio de Janeiro and him and his co-pilot watch the military vehicles surrounding the Canadian airliner(s) and radio air traffic control.

"Rio control, this is Iberia 6827. We have just been informed by our company that we are availiable to evacuate Canadian citizens out of Brazil if required."

I would hesitate in using the word "evacuate" as the Canadians started this whole fiasco by evicting our diplomats without warrant or cause Therefore you are not authorized to "evacuate" any Canadian citizens. Those passengers on those (Canada never mentioned how many planes or the model, so we'll take a guess and say one) planes will not be leaving the airport until a full apology has been issued by the Canadian Prime Minister. Perhaps you can relay this information to your government and mediate a resolution to this crisis.

We thank you for your offer. Expelling diplomats is tantamount to war, so I have no idea what the Canadians were thinking when they expelled ours. They cited security concerns but yet to still sent diplomatic staff to Brasilia.

And why would you send your diplomats with trepidation and not even have an Ambassador there to represent them?

And looking at their Ministry of Foreign Affairs Documents, there are several other destinations with far more crime than Brazil. But Brazil is the only country with a travel caution attached to it,

This was nothing but a smear campaign perpetrated by their government which clearly had an axe to grind with mine.

To be honest I hope you help broker a deal between the two countries.

The first and only condition is a formal apology by Prime Minister Stephen Harper for expelling my diplomats without just cause.

I thank you your help in this manner. Perhaps you can persuade the Canadians. But, as for now, they are not leaving the airport.

São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport

(Canada - Post #6) Is located in Argentina.....Brazilian authorities would forward any complaints to the Argentinian government should the Canadians cry anymore about this "hostage" crisis.

Seeing as the Airport isn’t located in Brazil, the aircrafts were refuelled and took off. Therefore no more Canadians would be located in Brazil altogether.

All replies now would be ignored by Brazil as no more Canadians would be in Brazil. Brazilian Military in Argentina would also be questioned, bringing questions to Argentina

It would stand to reason that the Canadians have not left Argentina, and for whatever reason "evacuated" their citizens by asking them to go to another country.

As far as why there are Brazilian soldiers in Argentina, being such close neighbors, we often do joint exercises, and since the Canadians moved the situation to Argentina, the Brazilian soldiers in Argentina dealt with the situation as it was Canada that caused the flare up between the two countries.

The issue here is Canada taking a political situation it created to another country.

As stated in previous posts, there would be no Canadians in Brazil therefore, Brazil has no right to restrict aircraft in another country.

All Canadians would now have left Argentina too as the aircraft flew to neighbouring countries to refuel to make their way back to Canada.

Brazilians in Canada are free to leave the country at their own acccord and would not be stopped in anyway shape or form unless they caused havoc. All security personnel in Canada wore body cams which would be active at all times.

With all Canadian planes now out if Argentina and Brazil, the planes would refuel before heading back to Canada. It was still quite weird to see Armed Brazilian Military at a Argentinian Airport seeing as no exercise was happening near by.

All evidence was logged and stowed away to be passed onto the ICJ if needed. Thankfully the Canadians would be returning home safely, all Canadians flights will no longer be calling Brazil and a Travel advisory of DO NOT TRAVEl in Brazil this would be unknown to them as the Advisory pages are for Canadian eyes only.

With the Prime Minister nearing and end yo his meeting, a security council meeting will be called to discuss what will happen next, all this still unknown to the Brazilians.

With the request denied, Iberia would operate its flight from Sao Paulo back to Madrid as normal, fully fueling up before carrying a near full capacity flight back home.
