The Brazilian Government has decided to close their embassies in Rome, Italy, Paris, France and Stockholm, Sweden. Embassy workers would burn all important documents and smash all of the hard drives of their computers into pieces before leaving the country via the nearest International airport.

Embassy officials from the countries mentioned have 24 hours to leave Brazil. They will be unimpeded in their extraction from Brazil, as Brazil harbors no ill will to the citizens of those countries.

The following trade routes will also be discontinued and the ships recalled to Rio:

BR-FR01
BR-FR02
BR-RU01

The Swedish Government would phone various private taxi firms and give details of embassies, consulates and offices to assist in the migration of personnel to airports in the region - the Brazilians are urged to contact the Department for Foreign Affairs should they face any logistical challenges during the transfer period.

Sweden has already issued a fourteen day closure notice and will continue to work to that timeframe in order to ensure Swedish nationals safely make their way out of Brazil following travel advisory restrictions. Personnel will be overstaying the 24 hours and work to the end of the 14 day deadline with diplomatic legal protections as normal.

All and any enquiries should be forwarded the Department for Foreign Affairs immediately.

Due to the Yellow Vest Movement with the Nationalists, Yellow Vests, and Reds storming through Paris, the French police and government would not be able to get to the embassy to help Brazilian ambassadors leave the country. Instead, the French government would recommend that they remain barricaded within their embassy where it is safe and avoid entering the protesting streets. Even then, all airports in Paris had been blocked off due to the protesters enjoying protesting within the airport runways and creating burning blockades within the runways.

If the Brazilians wished to risk the streets of Paris, they would need to find the highway and head to the closest airport outside of Paris all the while driving through packed streets with hundreds of thousands of protesters.

The Brazilian Government Spokesman has announced:

"If any Brazilians are harmed whilst trying to get out of your Yellow-Vested country, you will pay dearly. Especially, since we guaranteed your citizens safe passage during this diplomatic spat.

I repeat, if any Brazilian staff are hurt or injured whilst attempting to leave France, it is on you.

And since the Brazilians, have nothing to do with the Yellow Vest movement, that is your social problem, not ours.

If our citizens are harmed.

You will be harmed as well.

We will have warships within your vicinity within a week."

The spokesperson would then leave the room.
@Ellie

This is not a threat.

The Italian Government would state that any military action against or involving France by Brazil would result in armed conflict between the Republic of Brazil and France.

As per the Marshal of the Italian Royal Military:

"Any action by a belligerent state, especially one such as Brazil, against any country neighboring Italy, will elicit a reaction. We will not take such threats against European Nations as have been lobbed by the Brazilians. They are pushing the world ever closer to the brink of intercontinental conflict."

Minister Florence Parly would speak about the matter.

"I apologize about the French government not being able to secure the safe passage of Brazilian diplomats through Paris. However, the protests within Paris are far too dense for us to be able to do so without harming our own citizens which would be against international laws regarding human rights.

I once again, publicly, recommend for Brazilian diplomats to remain within their embassy in Paris to assure their own safety against the mob of the Yellow Vests, the 'Reds', and the Nationalists. If Brazil refuses to hear our warnings and remain stationary until the French government can disperse the protesters then it is entirely out of our hands what happens.

Your continued threats to the sovereignty of France is getting quite annoying. Quite frankly, after Brazil threatened to shoot down Minister Mohammed Ahmed's plane while it was flying back to France is not placing Brazilian diplomats on our priority list. And now that you have threatened the lives of all 67,120,000 Frech citizens, they will not look kindly on your diplomats.

So again; remain within the embassy in Paris for your own safety, we cannot reach you and thus we cannot defend you if things go south.

Furthermore, if we see any Brazilian warships within French waters then I assure you that France will take that as an act of war and all of Europe will retaliate."

Minister Florence Parly's speech would finish.

Really, France. is this is what I said?

I suggest a break where the nations of all sides can calm down a bit. Do you not think it would prudent?

The German Reich, in a bold move, condemned Brazil further, referring to them, and I quote, as "the same kind of draconian state that you propagate the Taiwanese as," and stated their intentions to fully support their European brothers and Taiwan should a war with Brazil occur. Regardless of the military not being fully prepared, the Kaiser does not tolerate bullies, nor does he tolerate threats — disguised or not — towards his European brothers and sisters.

"The bravado on display by so called world leaders here is distasteful" Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would state in an interview in local news. "These leaders who are entrusted with the responsibility of demonstrating calm and seriousness have plunged full on into a state of hysteria. We urge all sides to relax and remember who they are and who they represent. Currently this is a massive example of obstinate world leaders who have responsibilities that seem to outstretch their emotional capabilities."

The Brazilian President, Victor Romero would send a Top Secret memo to his diplomatic staff in Paris to remain inside the embassy until further notice.

He would consider issuing a press release in which he would ask the Italian government if it has issued any travel warnings about travel to France, as it seems clear that France is unstable and unsafe, even for diplomats to travel in, but would decide against it as it is clear the Italian government, which should have never had had an argument in this diplomatic dispute, clearly is just looking for a fight and Italy is just too far away to bother with even though leveling Rome to the ground would be a delight.

So he simply signs the Top Secret memo and has it sent via the Brazilian Cyber Defense Agency to the embassy in Paris.

The Irish Government would announce its solidarity with Brazil and would condemn those seeking to provoke a military confrontation where such acts are unnecessary.

Canada wouldnipenly condemn the Brazilians for the threatening behaviour and/or language used against the French Administration. Canada has vowed to support the French Administration where possible through diplomatic means.

With help from the Swedish office of Affairs to ensure the safety of the Brazilians, would use two Ford Exlporers assigned to the Embassy and leave for the Stockholm Arlanda Airport early in the morning and take the next British Airways flight to London. From London they would fly directly to Rio International Airport.

The same would be done in Italy. After completing their last assignment they would use two Ford Explorers to drive to Leonardo da Vinci International Airport and take the next flight via Alitalia Airlines which flies directly to Rio International Airport.

Any Brazilian national, not part of embassy staff, wanting to leave the Kingdom of Sweden should contact the Bureau for North and South American Affairs in the first instance - the Swedish government will do everything within their power to ensure safe passage.

Due to the extended wait that the Brazilians had to endure within the embassy until the density of the Parisian protestors could be dealt with, the French government would load up a AS550 C2 Fennec helicopter with one week's worth of food to land on the Brazilian embassy's roof, deposit the rations, then take off, informing them that the rations were delivered and waiting for them on the roof of their building.

The Irish Office of Immigration and Customs shall increase the Brazillian quota to 900,000 and shall see to it that Irish passports/Travel documents are issued to Brazillian citizens where possible. Those wishing to acquire an Irish passport must contact the Office of Immigration and Customs to set up an appointment on the matter. We simply request that applicants be willing to assimilate, be self sufficient (having a trade or relations), and avoid becoming public charges.
