Buying land vehicles for Brazil

To whom it may concern,

The National State of Brazil is interested in purchasing land vehicles from foreign nations to expand its military capabilities. The requirements are as follows:

• Date of origin no further back than 30 years (that is, must have a date of origin of 1970 or later)
• Must have space for at least 3 people inside
• Must have an operational range of at least 300 miles (or has a variant with capabilities to reach that range)
• Must have a maximum speed of at least 55 miles an hour (or has a variant with capabilities to reach that range)
• The above two requirements do not apply if no data exists on the operational range and/or the maximum speed

We are looking for mainly tanks; however, you are welcome to submit Armoured Personnel Carriers, Armoured Vehicles and/or missile systems (i.e MLRS)

Our budget will be 1,000,000,000 (one billion), but you are welcome to submit a discounted variant or, should the vehicle be sufficiently good, we may raise our budget.

After consulting the Joint Staff, we are pleased to offer a purchase of 100 Otokar Cobras, at a full price of $45,000,000.00. Arrangements for transport have been made through the Port Authority of the Port of Santos, where we expect the products. The transfer can be made upon your acceptance of our purchase.

As Brazil's response was not private, it was assumed that their hoped purchase from Turkey would be public. The Russian government would remind the Brazilians that Turkey is currently under watch by the Global Assembly for crimes against humanity and actions that constitute genocide against Jewish peoples and other minorities within Turkey.

Sending the Turkish government money would go against everything the Global Assembly stands for. The Russian government would ask the Brazilians to reconsider and that if required, Russia has various alternatives that the Brazilian armed forces could purchase from instead of Turkish equipment.

We can confirm that the purchase, with no security classification, was public. Due to the Russian statement, and Brazil's position on the alleged war crimes, we will retract the offer immediately until further notice. We are still open to offers from the international community.

As both of these messages are not private Turkey would remind Brazil that no other nation has yet to offer any real evidence of these ‘crimes’. Additionally the Turkish would remind the Brazilians of numerous Russian Atrocities in the past years and suggest that the Russian Government is un trustworthy and not an acceptable source for information, also they are currently in conflict with turkey and will try their hardest to smear the turish government reputation. Additioanlly no other nation has offered Brazil a deal thus far and it is unlikely that an offer with such capable technology would be again presented to the Brazilians. This is all private. The Brazilians would be told that the deal is acceptable ready to go ahead as soon as a transfer is sent.

Privately the Brazilians would be notified that since the Russians were likely making their own offer with outdated and unreliable Weaponry TDE would give the Brazilians a top of the Line Offer for the Sabra MK1. They would also send the Brazilians a full List of Russians Atrocities in the last 9 years and how many times they have been under investigation compared to Turkey. If Brazil Accepts a deal for 120 Units, 2% will be deducted from the purchase.
