French Republic, the Prime Minister, Édouard Philippe, would received a phone call from Canadian Official. The call is encrypted and Secret Call. French Prime Minister would check the room to make sure that no one is snooping in. He would place in two armed guard. As soon as conversation opens up by Canadian, DGSE will record. All recording must be used for future references. Upon getting green signal from Directorate-General for External Security, the call is full encrypted and top secret.

"Yeah this is the Foreign Minister of Canada, I have just got off the phone with France, they're willing to agree to terms of surrender basically. If there is no authority, you need to find some and quickly."
