Your Excellency,

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on the establishment of your new government, a country is strongest when its leaders listen to the will of its people and I hope that the transition from past administrations back to your Republican roots is treating you and your country well.

As we have concluded the shift away from previous tyrannical governments in our own state, the Celestial Empire is now looking beyond China to build new friendships. In light of this I am reaching out to propose a high level meeting between our two governments to discuss cooperation between our two states in multiple fields. I believe that despite our forms of government being different, and there having been few relations between previous French states and pre-PRC China, there are still strong similarities that allow for cooperation between our two states. In line with this I would also like to extend an invitation to receive a French delegation. Should it be preferred I can also travel to Paris instead.

France approaches this engagement as it approaches all international relationships: with seriousness, independence, and fidelity to the principles of lawful and peaceful cooperation.
