[China] Calling the French Red Movement

From the Ministry of State Security in China, a highly encrypted and private call would be made by Chen Wenqing, this was a bold move but a necessary one, given to him by President Xi. After the Chinese Inteligence gathered that the French Reds possible HQ location, would possibly be in the Valrose Castle, due to its strategic position, and due to some Media coverage of the area. They needed to make a move in order to help their comrades and try and calm their reckless behaviour. A call would be made to the Castle using its current contact. Trying to get hold of their possible leader.

The leader of the South-Eastern Communist Cell, Maxence Cuvillier, would be given the encrypted phone and informed of who was on the other end. Not fully believing that it was, in fact, a Chinese government member. The confusing disallowed him to form a proper sentence and thus answered the phone in a simple:

"Hello?"

"Hello..I got a proposal or support to offer your movement. But first you need to find a encrypted phone. If you can't, inform me now, please." The man would wait patiently for the answer.

 

[Ellie]

"That's... good to hear." He would say, not wanting to give any potentially damaging information away. "I'm uncertain of this device's current status."

[Bruno]

"Right..answer me in simple No and Yes questions, understand?" He would click his fingers, and some intelligence officers would be start to try and encrypt the other side of the call, the best way they could, while another would record the conversation from this point onwards. If the man answered yes.

"China wishes to support its comrades across the sea, you have good ideals and good people with you. But this will be tricky, we wish to give you some money, around 3 Million to 5 Million, in order to aid in your cause. Would you accept this?"

 

[Ellie]

"Yes," the Communist leader would say.

"Yes," would be his reply to the support China was offering.

 

[Bruno]

"Is this number enough to make sure you make some gains to your cause? Perhaps even reach Lyon where more could be offered."

 

[Ellie]

"Yes."

 

[Bruno]

"Alright, we will transfer you cold hard cash, however you need to guarantee its transfer goes to a safe place. Do you have multiple accounts we can transfer around 3 million?"

 

[Ellie]

"Those of trusted friends, yes."

 

[Bruno]

"How many?" he would wait "Also we do request you try and control your men, and help build more support from the people, gain their hearts and minds."

 

[Ellie]

"Twenty-two," he answered, "I agree."

 

[Bruno]

"OK then, you can expect to be sent by this night, in intervals. Now, more can be given, but you need to take effective control of the area of Lyon where we can help you more. You have friends outside of the nation. Don't forget, and if all goes to shit, you have a safe heaven in Lyon. Good Luck." He would wait a for him to answer before ceasing the call.

"Understood." The call would end.
