Statement on Events within the French Republic​

Minister of Foreign Affairs Tang Jiaxuan’s office would release a statement regarding the current events in France on the PRC Website and via Chinese State Media

Given the extremely volatile situation the People’s Republic of China has regrettably elected to withdraw all diplomatic staff from our consulate in Paris due to local unrest, several charter aircraft have been dispatched to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport which will pick up all staff and any Chinese Citizens within the area who elect to leave France. It is highly recommended that all Chinese Citizens leave France as soon as possible in interest of their own personal wellbeing and safety, please make arrangements to exit France as soon as possible and make way towards nearby border states. Preparations are being made to accommodate the transport of civilians in all available forms though non-Chinese citizens will not be accepted. All flights to the French Republic have been canceled and all merchant vessels en route to France have been order to turn around or dock at the nearest acceptable port for refueling and departure back to the People‘s Republic of China.

Following the statement several China Eastern A330-300 Aircraft would be repurposed and fueled at Beijing Capital Airport where they were being held for a civilian flight. The crews would be replaced by a PLAF team of three Air Force pilots per aircraft with relevant experience piloting the A330 and a six man Air Force security team per aircraft fully armed with their standard armament (QSZ-92 9mm Pistol, QBZ-95 5.8mm Assault Rifle, Type 80 7.62mm Machine Gun, F-1 Grenade) and tear gas canisters in case rioters were present at the airport. A doctor would also be present on each aircraft with first aid supplies if necessary. The aircraft would take off within minutes of each other and French government and ATC staff would be notified that the three aircraft would arrive in the next ten hours. The crisis centre in the Hexagone would be notified, and they would make preparations for them. Since Orly Airport was reaching full capacity with other flights, the aircraft would be told to land at Paris Le Bourget Airport, 11km northeast of Paris, where they would meet French officers and given a map of the safest route to their embassy.

Hundreds of Chinese Civilians would several hours later be gathered at the Chinese Consulate as they desperately made an attempt to escape the country, embassy security would be on high alert and busses would be stopped in order to transport the large number of citizens out of the city to the airport. Official vehicles would depart with the 40+ staff and official/sensitive documents in a motorcade while the Busses called would begin transporting civilians through the city to the airport. Once arriving at the airport the staff would make a move to the tarmac as the A330s began landing, the Busses at this point had not arrived but would be there shortly.

Once the A330s were on the ground security would set up a perimeter at the north end of the airport while refueling vehicles would be ordered to begin pumping the A330s full of jet fuel which were sitting at the end of the runway. Staff would board at this time while security officials ensured that any desperate civilians made no attempt to board the aircraft.

The Aircraft would be fueled without interference and the busses unloading their passengers into the A330s, the aircraft would taxi down the runway and take off after permission from ATC. The aircraft would take a standard civilian direct route to Beijing, and would fly over downtown Paris where smoke would rise from areas of the riots and clashes with police. At this point the Consulate would be shut down and important files disposed of while remaining Chinese Citizens would either depart or hunker down in the nation. The Evacuation would be complete.
