[China] Message to France

The Minister of Commerce would try and reach the French Government in a private and encrypted way, via phone call.

The Minister of Armed Forces, Émilienne Beauregard, would answer the phone on her own encrypted line.

"Hello?" She would say quickly, the sound of loud conversation, paper rustling, keyboard typing, and radio talk in the background. "I suppose you've heard of the current situation?"

"Yes I heard, we can't exactly intervene with force of arms, unless someone else intervenes against you, We cannot let a fellow communist nation get invaded and divided again. And we are here to help. We can sell you weapons at virtually no cost, we can send volunteers without being under a Chinese Flag, we can even send you weapons, equipment that you may require. What's the current situation over in Guyana?"

"We would accept any help that the People's Republic can offer us." She would point out. "What we need the most are anti-missile missiles, anti-ship missiles, and ICBMs if you would be willing to sell any of those. We would also accept any volunteers, mainly for logistic reasons, we would need people to help us deliver supplies to our troops and keep them in running order.

As for the current situation, all that I know is that the Brazilian troops were deployed. We have not been able to secure Guiana since our party's rise to power so news delivery is somewhat slow I'm afraid to say."
