Dear Minister Moreau,
The Gandhi Indian Navy (GIN) has recently been approved to undertake a large procurment and expansion plan. As apart of this, a need for three Landing Helicopter Docks (LHD) to supplement the currently in-service Landing Platform Docks (LPD) has been identified. The Defence Department believes that the Juan Carlos 1 LHD design best fits the GIN's operational requirements and needs. As such, the Gandhi Empire wishes to purchase three Juan Carlos 1 LHDs from Spain.
