I write to you in the spirit of cooperation and friendship. We view Japan as a viable friend and ally for the future that is coming. Hence I would like to use our diplomatic channels to ensure a visit from you to Beijing in order to reopen our relations and mutual cooperation in the Asian region.

A delegated Diplomat by Xi Jinping himself would travel to the Japanese Embassy in Beijing, he would need no escort but his driver and his car. Upon arriving he would show his credentials to the Embassy Staff waiting to be guided to Mr. Yokoi.

A staff member at the gate would check the credentials and inform Mr. Yokoi that they have arrived. Then a staff member would guide the way to the front entrance of the embassy where Mr. Yokoi was waiting. They arrived after a minute long drive at the entrance. The driver would stop the car and then opens the door for Mr. Cheng. Then Yokoi would walk to Mr. Cheng and shake hands.

"Good Afternoon Mr. Cheng, How are you doing today?"

"I am very good Mr.Yokoi, how about you?" He said gentle shaking Yokoi hand, with a visible smile on his face.

"I'm doing great. Thank you for asking."

After a little chitchat they went into Mr.Yokoi's office to talk about the china-japan relationship.

"As you may know our relationship isn't good. But I think and hope that after this meeting we can say that we have improved our relationship. To do that we have to fix the senkaku islands dispute between us and Taiwan. Do you have a suggestion to resolve this dispute?"

 

[Bruno]

"I Hope that we can solve the issue between Japan and China, it might be good to inform you that the previous government was arrested for corruption and treason. About Senkaku Islands, we do know Japan and" he would cough. "Are very much interested in the islands showing a lot proofs and documents that show each claim to the islands." he would stop for a few moments "To be very much honest, the islands are extremely close to Chinese Territory, however we would not oppose the islands possibility of being Japanese, if no military would be stationed in it. Or perhaps another suggestion could be to divide the islands between Japan and the other claimants. Including China having the assurance that no Military would be in the region, meaning the Islands would also be used for Civilian purposes."

"Dividing the island will make it only worse. But I do like the idea of making the island a demilitarized zone. We also could make a resort in the islands for tourists. If Taiwan agrees with this then it could really work."

"See? The best way to solve these issues is to simply discuss them in a civil and organized matter. If the other part would agree then it would be quite a leap in the mutual understanding in Asia!"

"We have invited President Tsai Ing-Wen to Tokyo to discus this matter also. Indeed, it is better to talk then to do something we all will regret."

"Exactly, now would you like to discuss our future relationship? We would like to very much sign a treaty of non-aggression & cooperation with Japan, would you accept this?"

"We will accept and sign this treaty because this treaty would Improve our relationship. Where would you like me to sign?"

"Here" he would hand him a Agreement so he could read at his own pace.

China-Japan Agreement​

The People's Republic of China and People's Republic of Japan, henceforth named China and Japan, agree on the following points; China an Japan agree to not engage each other with aggression or aggressive moves towards each other, which includes diplomatically,militarily and economically, while this treaty is in force.​ China and Japan agree to cooperate in the matter of mutual security of the Asian Region, Terrorism and Disaster Relief, aiding each other if the other so requests​ China and Japan will continue to uphold the ideals of Communism, making the effort to protect it from outside threats​

The People's Republic of China and People's Republic of Japan, henceforth named China and Japan, agree on the following points;

1. China an Japan agree to not engage each other with aggression or aggressive moves towards each other, which includes diplomatically,militarily and economically, while this treaty is in force.
2. China and Japan agree to cooperate in the matter of mutual security of the Asian Region, Terrorism and Disaster Relief, aiding each other if the other so requests
3. China and Japan will continue to uphold the ideals of Communism, making the effort to protect it from outside threats
