People's Republic of China

Subject: Hong Kong

To His Excellency
Secretary of Foreign Affairs
Yusuf bin Ahmad

I would like to greet you as a friend of Singapore, however the recent past as shown the inability of the previous governments in negotiating deals, as such, we are going to terminate The Hong Kong Accords, according to the following Article; Article I - Sovereignty - 3.
As such with the termination of the Treaty, Hong Kong hereby returns to be of Chinese Sovereignty as Autonomous Region of The People's Republic of China.

I hope we can reach other agreements regarding the TSI, which allow for the mutual respect of both China and the TSI Members.

Yours faithfully
Xi Jinping
President of the People's Republic of China

With all due respect,

TSI had an agreement with the previous administration in which an arrangement was made for the mutual benefaction of all members involved. The Celestial Empire's government handled things well from our perspective, and if you wished to greet us as friends, we would appreciate you treat our friends the same way.

In regards to your assumption to terminate the Hong Kong Accords, I would like to note that the Hong Kong Accords are not for the "PRC" to terminate. It is an agreement signed among members of The Sovereign Initiative, which at the time included the Celestial Empire as one of its three founders.

The People's Republic of China is not, at this moment, a member of TSI, and your government is not the same one that co-founded our alliance as friends, and equals. If friendship was the goal, then understand that your message is filled with many assumptions that are insulting to us as an alliance.

The Hong Kong Accords stand firm, and so does TSI's commitment to maintaining the status of Hong Kong as a sovereign economic zone under its jurisdiction. With that said, your complaint will be brought to the attention of the Supreme Council at its next session. Upon then, we will revisit the issue, and perhaps issue a response.

Farewell, and be well.

I am sadden that you wish to deny our right to terminate the accords between China and TSI. To which we will have to use the necessary means to ensure that our right to terminate it is uphold. I am disappointed that you go against your own signing stating that upon being terminated the Accord would cease to have any effect.

We hope we can reconcile in the future after this matter as been resolved.

Yours faithfully
Xi Jinping

The Kingdom of Singapore respects the right of the PRC to raise a complaint at this point with the Supreme council. Simply demanding our accord be terminated is both unattainable and insulting, as it is essentially the binding constitution of TSI members in regards to the organization.

Had you attempted to discuss this issue with us before attempting to cancel rights to an agreement that your government had no involvement in, perhaps our discussion could be different. But as it stands I don't see neither Singapore or TSI agreeing to demands from an outside Entity that has not even attempted to normalize relations.

Hong Kong will remain a sovereign entity of TSI and we will collectively protect our own. That is directly from our King, Vincent Wei.

Perhaps the PRC should consider how they should approach sovereign nations respectfully in the future? Especially when brazen demands are being made.

Farewell,
Yusef bin Ahmad
