My day is going fine. We have been busy structuring and building up our defense forces. But everything is going good in Japan although we are quiet worried with the current turn of events that happened the last couple of days like the involvement of the Netherlands in the Argie-France war with the treaty.
"Good, its good to know. On that note, the Argie-France war, I do believe the Asia-Pacific area needs to be well defended, especially considering the ISAF puppets at our doorstep, on this matter, I believe that a Join Military Naval Exercise between Japan and China could be made in order to strengthen our ties and increase our capability for cooperation. What do you think of this idea?"
"I agree, We need to defend the Asia-Pacific area. We would be more than happy to Join Military Naval Exercise between our countries. We also have recently made contact with the Singapore. Singapore is Strategically located at the heart of Asia. If we can improve our relation with Singapore We might be able to station some vessels at Singapore. This would be more than useful as it can reduce the time for our vessels to intervene when needed in the heart of Asia. What do you think?
"Singapore could well indeed be a key partner, for both of us, I'll inform my colleague of foreign affairs, to come into contact with them. Also prehaps Thailand could also be a key ally to have.
Following up with the exercise, it would be on a small to medium scale, we don't want to further escalate the on going tensions between CIS and ISAF. So keeping this exercise within the East China Sea near to Okinawa and China. It would also serve as show strength in the region by both our Navies.
It would be a basic exercise to improve the capability of Naval Combat, meaning our boys would increase their experience in how to conduct a naval battle between navies."
Yes, indeed there is already enough tensions between CIS and ISAF at the moment. We will be using the DDG-173, DDG 179, DD-108 and DD109 for this exercise. These ships are the closest stationed near the East Chinese Sea.
Ah, the DDG-173 (Kongo-class) and the DDG-179(maya-class) are Guided missile destroyers. They are equiped with anti-Ballistic missiles, standard missiles and anti-submarine missiles.
The DD-108 and DD-109 (Murasame-class) are second-generation general-purpose destroyers. @Fairhold
"Ahh, I see, we will utilize 2x Type 052D destroyer, 1x Type 052C destroyer and 1x Type 054A Frigate, which are the equivalents to your systems. I'll contact your armed forces via the creation of the Exercise, and our forces will meet in the East China Sea near to Okinawa, to simulate an invasion of Okinawa. The Japanese will be defending and the Chinese Armada attacking, however due to the nature of the exercise there won't be needed a switch role as both Fleets will engage in a balanced and fair level. This will be simulating a War scenario, so neither the Japanese or our boys should pull any punches! Practice makes perfect! However safety protocols will be in place, no real life ammo will be used, only blanks, unless directed towards the sea far away from the exercise area. We will communicate via radio the hits and misses in a simulation manner. Do you agree?"
"Now on the matter of the payment, would Japan agree to 600 Million Dollars, spilt between each other? It would be around 300M Dollars for each. I do believe its a good price for the Exercise."
"Good, good. I do believe the exercise as started. And the Exercise as been payied for. It was a delight speaking to you. Do you wish to speak about anything else?"
