Greetings, Minister of Suriname! It has been a long while since a South American nation has right and properly broken onto the world stage- something long overdue if you do ask me. I am the Emperor of the Imperial State of the Congo, the African superpower. We started off similarly to you, in a country lacking proper infrastructure and defensive forces. However, through perseverance, we managed to drag ourselves out of the mire and place ourselves at the forefront of the modern war. So far, we have succeeded in aiding the Monarch of Thailand reclaim his throne, deterred Saudi Arabian attacks on Israel, and sunk two Turkish Frigates all in the last few months. We understand you will likely have many offers from many nations attempting to sway you to their side. If you would be willing to allow an in-person meeting between a Congolese ambassador and yourself, I would be very grateful. I hope to hear back from you.
