The only tugboat that we have currently available for export is the Sorum-class Tugboat, available for export for 18,500,000.00$ per ship.

As for other warships, the only ones that are available for export and are not listed on Rosoboronexports are the Talwar-class frigates. The Talwar-class would be available for export for 550,000,000.00$ per ship. It is a modern frigate with exceptional armament. The frigate has a speed of 32knots, a range of 2,600-7,810km (depending on speed), an endurance of 30 days, and a complement of 180. It is equipped with 24 anti-air missiles, 8 Igla-1E MANPADs, 8 Klub anti-ship missiles, 2 Kashtan CIWS, 2 twin torpedo tubes, and 1 RBU-6000 (RPK-8) rocket launchers. It has accommodations for one Ka-27 helicopter.

Currently, the only nations with access to the Talwar-class are Russia and India, with domestic usage also in Israel.

We are currently unable to export any thermobaric rocket launchers and rocket propelled grenade launchers due to a lack of export pricing, however, we will inform you once that changes.

As for man-portable anti-tank missile systems, we can offer to you the 9M113M Konkurs-M. First introduced in 1974, it has a missile range of 4km and is able to penetrate 600mm of RHA—more than enough for any tank currently in service on the African continent. We will be able to sell you these for 138,000.00$ per unit.

For armored recovery vehicles, we can offer to you the BREM-1. First introduced in 1984 and built on the chassis of the T-72, it can recovery vehicles up to the weight of 100t and tow up to 50t. We can offer these for 1,580,641.20$ per unit. Regarding artillery we can offer the 2S12 Sani heavy mortar and the Msta-S 152mm self-propelled howitzer. The Sani heavy mortar can easily be towed or carried by the GAZ-66 light trucks (of which the Congo operates thousands of) and have a maximum firing of 7.1km; we can offer these for 65,797.92$ per unit. The Msta-S was introduced in 1989 with a range of 28.9kms and can be offered at a unit cost of 1,920,000.00$. Lastly, regarding scouting vehicles, we currently have over 700 BRDM-2M scout cars for sale for 500,000.00$ per unit. If you wish for factory-new, however, they'll be offered for 854,880.00$ per unit.
