Greetings. I believe it is long past the time when our two great nations should have established direct diplomatic missions. Both of us, important nations on the world stage, have engaged in combat with the Turks- The Congo having taken significant losses from said combat. I believe we have similar goals here, namely the downfall of the Turkish regime. In this pursuit, we have set aside a building for American diplomatic staff in Kinshasa, and a number of our own diplomatic staff are on standby to fly to America and establish an embassy there as well. As a part of our efforts to boost our nation's naval power, and recuperate the losses suffered by our forces at the hands of the Turks, we are looking to purchase heavy-hitting naval ships. We would like to purchase 2 Iowa class battleships, in the configuration of the Wisconsin, post-1988 refit. Whether this is by direct purchase from the U.S. or in the form of a Local Production License, we are willing to pay the desired price tag. |
