Contractual reclaiment of cuban equipment

As agreed on the original contract, Argentina has activated clause 3. Of the Military Cooperation Agreement between the Argentine Republic and the Republic Of Cuba. (Source) Only the text Of that specific contract would be made public.

"The argentine equipment listed in Annex I will be transfered on a long-term non-payed lease, meaning that in the potential case of the Republic of Cuba falling into anarchy, said equipment can be reclaimed by the Argentine Republic, with proper notification."

Cuba would be informed that the following assets would be reclaimed:

- 60 Light Tanks - TAM 2IP
- 120 Light Infantry Fighting Vehicles - VLEGA Gaucho
- 300 Infantry Fighting Vehicles - TAM VCTP
- 200 Self propelled artillery - TAM VCA 155
- 24 Fighter Aircraft - AAI F1 Zonda
- 24 Trainer Jets - IA-63 Pampa
- 24 Ground Support/COIN Aircraft - FMA IA-58C Pucara
- 12 Medium Transport Aircraft - Aeritalia G.222
- 24 Small Transport Aircraft - DHC-6 Twin Otter
- 2 Krivak-Class Frigates
- 4 Oceano-Class Corvettes
- 2 Argentine Primary 3D Radar

Argentine would inform it would be seeking new buyers for the listed material through ArgenDef.
