To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to inform you that in light of the recent events occurring in Thailand, and the recent surge in cartel affairs in Mexico, the Mexican Navy will be assigning armed vessels to escort our merchant ships to and from Thailand and Mexico. The Mexican Navy will be dispatching the following along with the originally designated merchant ships:

  • F211 Ignacio Allende, with 288 Personnel
  • F212 Mariano Abasolo, with 288 Personnel
  • P161 Oaxaca, with 77 Personnel
  • P162 Baja California, with 77 Personnel
  • P141 Sierra, with 76 Personnel
These ships shall make to and return trips to protect Thai and Mexican shipping interest. Along with these ships and personnel a detachment from the Cuerpo De Infantería De Marina will be accompanying them. 250 Naval Infantry from the 1st Marine Battalion, Banshee Company will be on board these vessels as well. I write you so that your government is not shocked by the massive response the Mexican government is putting in place. We want to continue our friendly relationship with Thailand and this includes protecting our shipping interest.

Best Regards,

Secretary of Foreign Relations,
Marcelo Ebrard Casaubón

Secretary of the Navy,
Marco Antonio Peyrot González

Greeting,

I am writing this on behalf of myself and the Thailand Minister of Foreign Affairs. I appreciated Mexico for letting us know about the Mexican trade protecting mission. The monarchist causes in Thailand have formed the concern from our national partner and enemy. At the moment, We have over 150 patrol boats waiting to guide the Mexican vessels. If anything happens to the Mexican ship, you can always contact our ministry. We have over twenty frigates and three submarines deployed in Thai waters. For the cartel affairs in Mexico, we want to wish the Mexican government the best of luck with the situation. The internal problems have sure dragged our nation's stability down.

Sincerely
Chavalit Yongchaiyudh
Minister of Defence of Thailand
Republic of Thailand
