Dear Secretary Green,

It's been a while since our two nations got together and created a document which I have attached for your knowledge, I do believe since we have changed administration a few times however I want to show our commitment to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and create a bigger and better friendship than the previous administrations and wish to renew the AWACs agreement.

I'd also like to set up a meeting between our two departments to talk about the following topics at your earliest convenience: Procurement of equipment, Joint training exercises and possibly a detachment of Danish Forces working along side the British Forces either be it in the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force or the British Army and vice versa. I look forward to hearing from you and possibly working closer together in the near future.

Warmest regards,
Mr. Joachim L. Ravn
Minister of Defence

Dear Secretary Green,

I thank you for reaching out with a prompt reply, I will graciously accept the meeting invite from yourself and will attend the meeting at the chosen date and time. I will make my own travel arrangements, and plan to arrive into London Stansted, I hope this isn't too much of an inconvenience.

Warmest regards,
Mr. Joachim L. Ravn
Minister of Defence

With the email being sent, Minister Ravn would order a few members of staff and aides to begin packing their things for a trip to London. The Minister also arranged a flight from Copenhagen to London Stansted, where the Ambassador of Denmark to Great Britain would meet the Minister.

The Minister would be accompanied by 4 Armed Security Officers, 2 Staff and 2 Aides. The British along with Stansted Airport would be notified of a Chartered DAT Airline A320 would be arriving soon. All flight details would be passed along to the British and the Danish Ambassador.

In preparation for the arrival of the Danish Minister of Defence, three blacked out SUVs were hired by a local firm to collect, deliver and return the guests from Stansted Airport to the MoD Building in Westminister for their discussions surrounding the AWACs Agreement Renewal. Any weapons would need registering and remaining with the charted flight for the duration, advising that security would be offered through the diplomatic protection group that consisted of armed responsive officers in escorting vehicles of the main convoy. Due to overrunning engagements, Jason would not be able to attend himself but rather, the First Secretary had been briefed and would be able to undertake the discussion. He sat patiently in an office for his guests to arrive.

Any firearm would be registered to the British Authorities and would remain within the aircraft in a secured locker. Upon arriving within Britain, the Minister would depart the aircraft along with 1 Aide, Staff and the 4 Security Officers who would then board the awaiting SUVs who were hired from the British.

The Danish Ambassador would also be notified off the arrival of the Danish Minister, who would also begin making preparations to depart the embassy to meet the Danish Minister along with their British Counterparts. The SUVs along with the Danish Ambassador would arrive within minutes of each other at the MoD building within Westminister, the Minister and Ambassador would exchange greetings before moving into the building and alerting the reception staff of their arrival for the meeting.

The Minister along with the Ambassador would pass over any documents that were needed by the reception staff before moving to the meeting room. Once inside the meeting room, the Danish would also greet their British counterparts.

The Ministry of Defence remained ready to receive their Danish guests with reception promptly introducing themselves before escorting the Ambassador and Minister into a private office within the building to their introductory meeting with the First Secretary, Taylor Heart, who extended his hand to each of his guests and offering a seat "It's a pleasure to meet you" he added, taking his seat once initial introductions had been carried out and clearing his throat "I know there's a bit to talk about based on the agendas I've got here.." he referred to a piece of paper in front of him "But firstly, how are you?" he smiled, "I trust all is going well in your government? Aside from the usual politics" he concluded in jest.

With the First Secretary starting the dialogue. The Danish Minister listened before replying "I am very well thank you, and how are you and the family?" The Minister paused before continuing "Things are going well, just the usual politics and the world politics trying to catch up on with everything that is happening in the world, how are things in your government?" the Minister would pause pulling some documents out of his briefcase, setting them in front of him along with a notepad and pen, taking notes down as and when is needed

"Couldn't be better" responded the First Secretary, referring to both personal and professional life. "But of course, busy as always! Definitely due for a holiday" Taylor chuckled "It's a pleasure to be here to discuss the AWACS Renewal and hopefully prospects of further cooperation. I wasn't part of the original signing but I've caught up and I'm to understand the agreement has been operational for two years, this year. Feedback from the Ministry of Defence suggests there's been no issues and we've found it valuable to have aircraft operationally present in Denmark but I also know that this isn't something, fortunately, you've had to employ.

What're your thoughts on the agreement so far? Based on your interest in renewing, I presume you're content with outsourcing your AWAC capabilities to the RAF?"
