Dear Minister Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría (@Zak@),

I'd like to start by congratulating you on the election to office for your administration within the Kingdom of Spain. As of recent the Kingdom of Denmark has been a ghost on the international stage and we believe by igniting relations with the Kingdom of Spain will be a great start to help better the relations between European countries and from that I hereby invite you to Denmark to meet with myself, it would be wonderful if you can attend! Please do let us know if you'll be attending or if anyone else is attending from your administration so we can set up the proper security protocol for your arrival, once again congratulations and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Román Oyarzun would leave the Spanish Embassy in Copenhagen and would be chauffeured to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building by one of the embassy owned SEAT Alhambra's, complying with Danish traffic laws on the way. The Danish Foreign Ministry would be informed ahead of time of the departure and would arrive swiftly at the building before the Ambassador heads out of the vehicle and into the building lobby where he waits.

With the Spanish ambassador arriving at the Foreign Ministry building, the Deputy Minister would be waiting. Once taking notice of the Spanish Ambassador, the Deputy Minister would introduce herself by shaking the Ambassadors hand and leading the way into her office "Can I get you any refreshments Mr Ambassador?" asked the Deputy Minister would gesturing for the Spanish delegation to take their seat while she took her seat on the otherside of the desk.

The Spanish Ambassador would stop in the middle of the office, removing his phone from inside his jacket to the awful news that had happened in Madrid, knowing it was so close to the Santa Cruz Palace, he took a seat as he sent text messages back to the embassy to find out what had happened. He had a look of shock on his face as he looked to his Danish counterpart.

"Uh.... A..... water p-p-lease?"

"Certainly" the minister paused before continuing "Is everything alright Mr Ambassador?" the Minister would usher for an Aide to bring two glasses and a jug of ice cold water to the office. A few moments later the aide reentered the room, place both the glasses and jugs down before pouring some water into each. The jug of water was placed back onto the desk and the aide left if there was nothing else to grab.

"No. There has been some sort of terrorist attack in Madrid, there's been reports of upwards of three hundred casualties and over a thousand injured. I'm still receiving information from my team at the Embassy but I believe security have been posted outside your Embassy in Madrid."

"That is promising to hear that the Spanish security are dealing with any security detail. Please pass my condolances on, if there is anything that the Danish government can do, please do let us know and we will try help in anyway we can"

"Uh, yes. Security has been stepped up at each embassy and we're getting news as it comes and will be passed onto every Ambassador as it comes."

"That is good to hear, the Danish people will stand by their European brothers and sisters in this awful time" the Minister paused taking a sip of water before continuing "The Kingdom of Denmark want to kick off relations between ourselves and the Kingdom of Spain by initiating trade. We use an outside company that deals with all the cargo transportation of our needs for a short fee. Would Spain be interested in importing any Danish Products?"

"Of course, Denmark is one of the fastest growing nations in Europe and our medical teams are some of the best in Europe so we would like to import optical, technical and medical apparatus from your country if possible."

The Ambassador receives a text from his phone and his eyes widen at the message he received.

"There's been a confirmed chemical weapons attack in Madrid, we don't know what type of chemical weapon was used but a lot of deaths have occurred, another development, our Embassy in Iraq has gone offline. A coincidence?"

"We can arrange a delivery of this to Spain, when would you like a delivery? Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly?" the minister paused taking notes, taking all the information in given from the Spanish Ambassador before speaking "That is very strange, I'll make sure to notify the Danish Embassy in Iraq of any potential threats. Since this is a confirmed terrorist attack, would you need any help regarding CBRN personnel? The Danish Army has some of the most CBRN skilled personnel, who would be more than willing to help in Spain" the Minister would pause, sending an email to the Asian and Middle Eastern Department to notify the Danish Ambassador

"We would like this bi-weekly if at all possible. Our National Police Corps have a specially trained team to deal with CBRN threats however we don't have personnel to test what may have caused this, would Denmark maybe willing to deploy, say 20 personnel to Madrid to work alongside our police force to test what said chemical component could be."

"Bi-weekly, it is! Which port would you like us to use for the shipment?" the minister would pause bringing up the Maersk Group website to begin placing the order of shipment before continuing "I'm sure I can arrange a small team of Danish CBRN Specialists to be deployed to the Kingdom of Spain to help investigate and test the chemicals used!" the Minister would also bring up her emails, writing one out to request deployment of troops to the Kingdom of Spain

"It shall be the Port of Algeciras where then it will be distributed around the country to different hospitals. How fast can you have the personnel in Spain?"

The Minister would pass on the information to Maersk Group for shipping before looking at an email "We can have Personnel in Spain, within the next 5 hours. The Ministry of Defence has been given the green light for a small detachment to deploy to Madrid"

"Excellent, I shall pass this onto the ground staff in Madrid, I am sure they will gratefully appreciate your help. You're more than welcome to land at Getafe Air Base which is just a short hop to Madrid, I shall have ground transport readied for your personnel and any equipment they're bringing."
