Your Excellency Lord Henry Stroud, I extend my respectful greetings and convey the warm regards of the Republic of Türkiye. It is my privilege to write to you in my capacity as Financial Representative for Türkiye in New Delhi regarding matters of economic cooperation and diplomatic engagement of mutual interest. In recent months, the Government of Türkiye has continued to pursue a program of economic stabilization and strategic investment designed to strengthen national infrastructure, support industrial productivity, and enhance long-term financial resilience. Accordingly, I write to respectfully explore the possibility of securing a financial facility in the amount of USD 10 billion. Such a loan would be directed toward priority development sectors including transportation infrastructure, energy modernization, and industrial innovation. These projects are intended not only to reinforce Türkiye’s domestic economic outlook but also to expand opportunities for trade, investment, and technological cooperation with partner nations. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss these matters further at your convenience and remain at your disposal should your office require any additional information or clarification. Your Excellency,

The Board of Directors thanks you for reaching out.

We have heard of, and monitored, the economic situation in your nation. I personally extend my congratulations to you and your nation for your continued stalwart and successful work in recovering from this depressive episode. With that said, the Honourable Company would be more than content with aiding the Turkish people and its government.

A loan of $10 billion USD is well within reason and as per our lending practices, we do not charge interest. I and the Board of Directors have put together an agreement that we believe will be suitable for both parties. Please look below for all necessary information:

• Loan Amount Issues: $10,000,000,000.00 USD (919,356,000,000 HCR).
• Administrative Fees: 1%; $100,000,000.00 USD (9,193,560,000 HCR).
• Repayment Grace Period: 6 months (OOC: 3 IRL months); 1st of December 2008.
• Total Repayment Value: $10,100,000,000.00 USD (928,549,560,000.00 HCR).

If the above is to your satisfaction please reply with your approval and consent to this agreement, and we will send over the loan immediately. If any of the above shows issue, please let us know and the Board will make necessary edits/additions/or removals to satisfy all parties.

Note: If repayment of this loan will be late, or if you prefer to pay in installments, please let us know 1 month (OOC: 2 weeks) ahead of the payment date.
