From: Foreign Minister of Nigeria, Ochuko Bonny
To: Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdellatif Filali

Greetings Mr. Minister,

This is Ochuko Bonny, Foreign Minister of Nigeria. I wish to extend to an open greeting of friendship from the people of Nigeria and our President Akuwhukyu Acho. He is committed to building a strong African nation from the ground up. Infrastructure projects are first and foremost but we have had to shift with the growing war in the middle east over Turkey. We would like your thoughts on that ongoing conflict. We would like to open bi-lateral economic ties first. We are about to announce a new plan for Nigeria and the continent. Not one based upon war. But an initiative based upon human rights and advancement.

Yours with great sincerity,

Foreign Minister of Nigeria, Ochuko Bonny

From: Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Abdellatif Filali
To: Foreign Minister of Nigeria, Ochuko Bonny

Good day Mr. Bonny,

This is Abdellatif Filali, the minister of foreign affairs and cooperation for The Kingdom of Morocco. Greetings to you and the people of your country. As for the situation in Turkey, our president has decided to begin exiting our position of neutrality, which was motivated by our wish to avoid infighting among the Arab states, as the crimes commited by the Turkish become more and more prominent and unjustifiable. Perhaps a call could be organised, so we can further discuss this issue, and the prospects for trade.

Kind regards,
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation
Abdellatif Filali

Minister Bonny through his secretary would get the number of the Moroccan foreign minister's office. hw would look over the transcripts of their messages and plan out what he had to say but left room open for an impromptu discussion. He would definitely bring up reports of Congolese ware crimes in Saudi Arabia as well as ask for the Moroccans reasons for abandoning neutrality in terms of the Turkish question. He would receive a "Go" message from his security team that his phone call would be encrypted.

After he hears a ring he would say, "Hello, this is Minister Bonny of Nigeria."

"Greetings Minister Bonny, this is Minister Filai, I'm glad we were able to organise this call."

Before long, miniter of foreign affairs and cooperation Abdellatif Filali would start to shift the conversation more directly to the ongoing world situation.

"It would be most interesting if you could perhaps explain the reports of war crimes in Saudi Arabia commited by the Congolese, and furthermore the Nigerian perspective of this accusation, as well as your perspective on the Turkish question as a whole."

Abdellatif Filali sits quietly at his table, awaiting Bonny's response.
