In emerging from the darkness that have had shrouded our people and nation for much of our long history, we have begun a journey toward national enlightenment, and one way to achieve this is through diplomatic outreach. Accordingly, the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea would be interested in establishing and furthering relations with your realm of Bharata Khanda.
As such, I would like to propose a meeting between ourselves in order to explore new avenues of cooperation through which our nations will take practical steps to address the various challenges that continually demand our attention in this region and in the rest of the world.
