To those foreign entities in possession of the capabilities to manufacture engineering vehicles,

Egypt is seeking new engineering and utility vehicles to increase the potency of her military at home and abroad. Egypt is searching for:

1. An Armored Recovery Vehicle, to facilitate the recovery of tanks and IFVs weighing 55 tons and 16 tons, respectively;
2. An Armored Engineering Vehicle, to facilitate the construction of battlements, clearing or creating obstructions in hot combat areas, for use by Egyptian combat engineers;
3. An Unarmored Engineering Vehicle, or tractor, to facilitate the construction of battlements, forward operating bases, and command centers, preferably under 5 tons in weight;
4. Any other Engineering Vehicles that the seller may propose to strengthen the Egyptian military.

Multiple vehicles may be entered by one producer for each category.

Ukraine is prepared to offer the following products for some of the categories detailed in your tender.

1. An Armored Recovery Vehicle, to facilitate the recovery of tanks and IFVs weighing 55 tons and 16 tons, respectively;

Ukraine can offer the KrAZ T17.0EX, a variant of the KrAZ-6322 "Soldier", a fifth wheel tractor truck with a maximum towed load of 65 tons. We are prepared to offer a price of $100,000 per vehicle. The vehicle ordered by us will be the KrAZ-6322 "Soldier", but we do not anticipate any problems with converting it to the T17.03X variant, which will be completed before handing it over to you.

Alternatively, we can offer the KrAZ-260, which has a carrying capacity of 30 tons. We are prepared to offer a price of $50,000 per vehicle.

3. An Unarmored Engineering Vehicle, or tractor, to facilitate the construction of battlements, forward operating bases, and command centers, preferably under 5 tons in weight;

Unfortunately the only product we have in this category, the tractor vehicle KrAZ-260V, has an empty weight of 12.7 tons. However, if Egypt is still interested we are willing to sell it at a price of $50,000 per vehicle.

Due to circumstances outside our control, we cannot accept any transfer of money for several months. However we are willing to produce the vehicles in the meantime, which will still be handed over to you on the understanding that you will transfer the money as soon as possible.

For the Unarmored engineering vehicle, we are seeking small construction equipment, such as backhoes and dozers.

Minister Bazzi, Once again I am reaching out to your office in regards to the Egyptian request for engineering vehicles. I believe Poland is capable of providing key pieces of equipment for this tender. I will detail below which parts of your tender we are capable of fulfilling. 1. Armoured Recovery Vehicle: We would like to propose the WZT-3 Armoured Recovery Vehicle($2,500,000.00) designed to work with our PT-91 Twardys and KTO Rosomak IFVs. Capable of towing 55 tons and a winch with a standard capacity of 30 tons that increases to 70 tons when a pulley block is added to the winch system. It also features a crane with telescopic jib that can lift a maximum load of fifteen tonnes, front-mounted stabilizing dozer blade, and secondary winch. 2. Armored Engineering Vehicle: We would like to propose the MID Bizon-S Armored Engineering Vehicle($6,000,000.00). It features a manipulator arm (the maximum amount of arm 7.75m, 7.94m maximum length, minimum length 5.94m, the working angle Horizontal: 240 degrees, vertically, from – 55 to + 60 degrees, the pan 240 degrees / 7 seconds .) It is possible to control the boom of the portable desktop. Equipment is removable boom: bucket capacity koparkowa 0.96 cubic meters. and a width of 0.92 m, the gripper jaw with maximum openings of 1 m and a capacity of 3 tons and a ripper tooth with a length of 0.45 meters, a wire rope sling with a capacity of 7 tons, an articulating dozer blade, main winch of 200m and a pulling force of 900kn and a secondary winch with a length of 400m and a pulling force of 20kn, welding equipment, and a voltage converter. 3. Unarmored Engineering Vehicle: We would like to offer the HSW Hydros D-0401T Crane(45,000), capable of lifting 40 tons, HSW TD-15E($45,000), a dozer, and the HSW Mista RD165($61,000), a road grader featuring a laser leveling system.
