In order to mantain a highly trained and profesional Marine Corps, the Ministry of Defence would order for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Marine Brigade plus the Gold, White, Red, Black and Green Batallions to participate in a amphibious assault training. These 5 Brigades and 5 Batallions are the first to be established and require tehrefore an udpated in order to operate the new equipment in efficient ways.

All units would perform the same disembarkment/assault exercise in different shifts, using the same equipment they normally operate.

Voluntary personnel from the egyptian ground forces would play the role of defenders on the beach.

The selected theater of operations would in nearby areas of each of the HQ's and consist of sandy beaches with low vegetation on the other end and enemy defence positions dug in, including bunkers and anti-vehicle obstacles.

All units would be moved to the area by train/bus the day before their schedules turn, beginning with the 1st Brigade.

After resting and supplying, the first group would begin the preparations for their "attack" by checking and preparing equipment and vehicles before boarding the fully supplies Type 072III ships.

All groups would do the same.

With the first light early in the morning, the amphibious transport and landing ships would have been at sea and with the 1st Marine Brigade on board, together with multiple vehicles.

The men were guided by instructors on each ship on how to move and position themselves before the landing, as well as the usual landing and disembarking order. They would learn how to land simultaneusly troops and vehicles and how to use the latter for covering and moving along the beach towards the safety of the vegetation or how to approach the enemy positions and to get into attack range.

The ships would approach the beach and at a distance of 5 to 10 meters of the shore the big front gates of the frist ships would open. At the same time, the "enemy army" would begin firing bengals and sound grenades as well as launching smoke grenades to generate a realistic environment.

The procedure would eventually be repeated with all other Brigades and Batallions.

The first groups of Marine infantry would begin storming the beach. They would jump out of the ship into the shallow water and with haste move towards any available cover position. After the frist groups had landed, and space had been made on the landing ships, the first Pegaso BMR would land. Around 4 would emerge from each ship and slowly cross the short gap of water and begin crawling throuh the sand. Behind him, up to 3 squads would cramble together looking for cover while advancing through the sandy terrain.

With training ammunition, they would begin countering the "enemy" fire while trying to set up positions for the rest of the troops to land safely, including additional equipment.

The procedure would eventually be repeated with all other Brigades and Batallions.

The simulated enemy would increase its "counter-attack" to intimidate the landing troops. The first vehicles, the Pegaso BMR's, would have reached a distance of few meters to the first line of bunkers and the squads that where taking cover behind them would move out of their protected place and storming the bunkers, where they would "force" th defenders to surrender.

In the meantime, the other amphibious vehicles transported would begin moving accros the beanch to bring "reinforcements" to the first lines.

Further back, a team of engineers, together with instructors, would begin designing and finding the best way to land further, more heavy, vehicles.

Also, a group of Anti-Aircraft soldiers would look for cover where they would deploy their MANPADS to provide air cover.

The front lines would have taken the bunkers by now and begun setting their own defences pointing towards the mainland in order to provide a efficient and wideranged cover foir the rest of the landing forces to set foot on the beach and afterwards, for a main invading force to land securely on the established beach-head. The vehicles woould have also arrived to the front lines, reinforcing them and securing the positions from any possible counter attack.

The AA squads would have their MANPADS set up and actively protecting the skies above the landing zone. Meanwhile, remaining heavier vehicles would begin landing with help of LMCU's.

Several patrols would walk around the beach looking for remainings from the enemy defences and deactivating them, capturing any enemy soldier. On the ships, all radars would be active and watching the horizon for possible counter attacks.

All Marine Units would perform this exercise in their respective scheduled timespan. The exercise would be completed with several theoretical instruction classes about disembarkment tactics.

Once the course was completed, the units would be granted their correspondent Marine insignias proving they were now capable of effectively carrying out amphibious operations.

Training complete.
