The Brazilian Chief of War and Defense, after making sure the call was encrypted, would answer it.

"Hello, Mr Minister, I hope you are doing well? what do you wish to discuss?"

"I am doing fine, thank you. I hope everything is going good as well over there. I am calling you today in order to express you Egypt's interest in acquiring some units of the brazilian MB-3 Tamoyo. We do prefer acquiring equipment from friendly and partner-nations, such as Brazil."

"Ah Very well, the MB-3 Tamoyo has a cost of 3,000,000.00 each, how many would you be interested in acquiring exactly?"

"We would like to acquire an initial batch of 200 if that is in order."

"Very well, that will be a total of 600,000,000.00, Once the Monetary transaction has been made, Production shall begin on your order."

"Very well, on the topic of Iraq, the Imperial Government has already taken notice of the fragile nature of the situation and has taken the proper measures to defend Brazil's presence in Iraq.

But, I cannot tell you what our government's stance on the situation is at the current moment, but I'm sure his Majesty or the Prime Minister have already decided on what to do. "Egypt mantains its general position of neutrality. We do not wish to get involved in a conflict that was originally provoked by extra regional powers meddling in the Middle East. Which encouraged, and excuse me for my words, a madman like Saddam to possibly go amok and kill innocents around the world.

While we can we will remain neutral. Obviously, should Brazil need something, obviously we are nearby and can shelter brazilian citizens displaced by this potential conflict if required."
