Now, to other matters. Our Intelligence service, the GID, is at its infancy. We need somebody to train them, and my closest people think you can help us. Now, we would like the SVR and FSB to train our operatives. My advisors believe you have the right amount of expertise to train my men. We would like, if possible, the said agencies of your country train our operatives in every field of intelligence gathering and also training them in both covert and black operations. I would await your reply.
