Secretary, I have recently been given a briefing by the Air Force. I have been informed that the military have agreed to deploy forces to South Africa. Whilst there is a possibility that this may turn into a military mission, currently, I have given the Air Force a mandate to assist your humanitarian efforts. 4 Lockheed C-130 Hercules have been designated to assist your operation. Within 120 hours of you giving your confirmation, we can have two aircraft filled and in the air, with another two to be ready in another 18 hours.
