Greetings from Africa! Considering your just actions in the Mediterranean, we are looking to open a formal line of communications and exchange embassies. We have a building set aside in Kinshasha to house up to fifty embassy staff, and also have about fifty staff ready to fly out to Turkey on short notice, including a military attaché.

Thank you for your message Minister Okereke, I apologize for my late message as we are currently in a diplomatic crisis with half the GA and several other states but we would be pleased to set up an embassy between our two nations to further diplomatic communication between our two states. We have a building for your embassy in Ankara at address Büyükesat, No:, Koza Sk. No:49, 06700 Çankaya/Ankara, Turkey for you with accommodations for all of your staff, including security personnel. I would also Like to send around 40 staff and 10 security to Kinshasa for our own embassy including a military attaché and a TDE Representative who we think could secure major discounts for the Congolese military if they were to allow TDE to become their sole ground weaponry supplier from what I’ve been briefed on. Please let me know if you have any further questions via my secure email, but to give you a heads up I will be making a call to you shortly to discuss various matters that I think our two nations could work on.

Thank you for considering this, an embassy has already been prepared conjoined with the Thai embassy just across the street from the imperial diet. Our Embassy staff will be flying out shortly. Regarding the TDE, we would need to see our previous order arrive and function as expected before we make such a big commitment. We would also need assurance we could fill in roles not provided by the TDE with other foreign purchases, seeing as it may not provide every possible solution we may need. We look forward to your call.
