Dear Minister, On behalf of the Government and People of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, we would like to extend to you and your cabinet our most sincere congratulations for your appointments as the new leadership of Uganda. We are delighted to see another african nation rise back to international activity and contribute to make the voice and interests of the african countries be heard among the concert of nations.
