EXECUTIVE ORDERS OF THE PRESIDENT​

Executive Orders are written, legal orders formally issued by the President of the United States to any person or entity within the Executive Branch. Executive Orders have the force of law, but can be easily rescinded by the President (or the next President) and cannot contradict Federal Law, which is supreme. Executive Orders are sometimes followed without mention or conflict, and sometimes are reviewed by the judiciary in order to decide their legality. The President may also sometimes issue major orders to the Armed Forces through Executive Orders. Also, it is important to remember that Executive Orders are issued solely by the President and need no authorization from the Legislative or Judicial Branches.​

RESTORATION OF THE UNITED STATES LIGHTHOUSE SERVICE​

WHEREAS it is self evident that commercial trade, shipping, and the operation of American ports is critical to maintaining and protecting the national security of the United States:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States, and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces, it is hereby ordered as follows:

1. The United States Lighthouse Service is hereby restored. The Lighthouse Service shall be a Federal Agency of the Coast Guard, and will be functionally distinct.
2. All lighthouse properties owned or operated by the Coast Guard will be functionally handed over to the Lighthouse Service, but will technically remain Coast Guard properties.
3. The Lighthouse Service will be led by a Commissioner of Lighthouses, and a Superintended of Lighthouses. The Commissioner of Lighthouses is the executive head of the service and is entirely responsible for the continual functional capabilities of America's lighthouses and beacons - also, all lighthouse keepers and assisting crews report directly to him. The Superintendent of Lighthouses is ranked directly below the Commissioner - he is uniquely responsible for: the acquisition of privately or locally owned lights, the construction of new lighthouses, and issuing regular updates to the Commissioner on the major maintained needs of the lights.
4. Another chief official in the Lighthouse Service will be the Chief of Special Investigations is the head of service's Special Investigations division which investigates all crimes on U.S.L.H.S properties, incidents at sea or on the coast, special cases assigned by the Chief or Commissioner or the President of the United States, and also assists the Coast Guard Investigative Service when necessary.
5. The Lighthouse Service will not be an Armed Service, but will have navy rankings similar to, or exactly like, the former Lighthouse Service which is naval rankings.
6. The Lighthouse Service will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and protecting lighthouses under its ownership or jurisdiction.

WHEREAS the exclusive use of certain military equipment and vehicles is critical for American national security:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States, and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces, it is hereby ordered as follows:

1. The Department of Defense, and American Defense Sales or any other entity given permission to sell equipment and vehicles on behalf of the Department of Defense, must obtain written permission from the United States Secretary of Defense before selling the following items, which are hereby labeled as "Blacklisted":

F/A-18E/F Super Hornet
M1 Abrams Battle Tank.

2. The Department of Defense, and American Defense Sales or any other entity given permission to sell equipment and vehicles on behalf of the Department of Defense, must obtain written permission from the the President of the United States before selling the following items, which are hereby labeled as "Blacklisted":

B-1 Lancer
B-2 Spirit Bomber

3. The Department of Defense, and American Defense Sales or any other entity given permission to sell equipment and vehicles on behalf of the Department of Defense, will not sell any equipment, vehicles, or ammunitions to any country or entity that is at war or engaged in hostilities with the United States or her allies.

4. The Department of Defense, and American Defense Sales or any other entity given permission to sell equipment and vehicles on behalf of the Department of Defense, will not sell any equipment, vehicles, or ammunitions to any nation that is not a member of the Global Assembly, any nation that is not a functional republic/democracy and/or in the Commonwealth Realm, or any nation that hosted the headquarters of the Warsaw Pact.

COAST GUARD PATROLS​

WHEREAS it is the duty of the federal government to secure and protect the borders of the United States:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States, and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces, it is hereby ordered as follows:

1. The United States Coast Guard, while under the Department of Homeland Security, will restart regular armed patrols in the territorial waters of the United States.
2. The Secretary of Homeland Security will ensure that all coastal States and Territories of the United States will be regularly patrolled.
3. The Coast Guard will recruit and train all necessary personnel to perform regular patrols.
4. The Coast Guard, while conducting these patrols, are charged with securing American territorial waters, protecting American sovereignty, enforcing United States federal law within territorial waters, environmental protection, and the preservation of life.
5. The Commandant of the Coast Guard is empowered to use all entities, agencies, departments, and services within the Coast Guard to help complete this mission.
6. The Secretary of Homeland Security is authorized to work with the State Department so that Coast Guard patrols through international or territorial waters may be created when necessary. The Coast Guard is encouraged to work with the coast guards and navies of other nations when possible and reasonable.
7. In the event of natural disasters, national crisis, attacks on the homeland, or other emergencies the Coast Guard may use its assets in order to best protect the interests of the United States and the American people outside of the scope of this Executive Order.

TRANSFER OF VESSELS​

WHEREAS it is the duty of the United States Coast Guard to patrol, inspect, and defend the high seas and waters within, and near, the jurisdiction of the United States of America:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States, and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces, it is hereby ordered as follows:

1. The United States Navy will transfer all twenty (20) of its Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigates to the United States Coast Guard.
2. The Navy will relinquish all ownership of the twenty (20) Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigates.
3. The Coast Guard will accept ownership of all twenty (20) Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigates from the Navy.
4. The Coast Guard will use these frigates, to be called cutters under the service of the Coast Guard, to complete its mission.
5. The Coast Guard will maintain the offensive and defensive capabilities of the Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigates and will paint it to the appropriate livery for Coast Guard cutters.

RECOMMISSIONING OF VESSELS​

WHEREAS the United States of America is now at war with the Republic of Turkey and requires all vessels and weapons necessary to engage in the struggle, and with authorization from Congress to pay for this measure:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States, and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces, it is hereby ordered as follows:

1. The Navy will immediately reactivate and recommission the Iowa-class battleship USS Missouri (BB-63) and return her to active service.
2. The Navy will immediately reactivate and recommission the Iowa-class battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-64) and return her to active service.
3. The Navy is authorized to conduct all repairs, improvements, and construction needed to modernize and bring the USS Missouri and USS Wisconsin back into active service in the United States Navy.

TRASITION OF THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD​

WHEREAS the United States Coast Guard is a branch of the armed forces and that the President may use the resources of Coast Guard in times of war:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States, and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces, it is hereby ordered as follows:

1. The United States Coast Guard, along with all of its assets and personnel, shall immediately be transferred from the Department of Homeland Security to the Department of the Navy.
2. The Secretary of The Navy has full authority to reorganize and structure the Coast Guard so that it may be more uniform with the Navy.
3. While under the Department of the Navy, the Coast Guard's mission will continue to be to patrol, inspect, and defend the high seas and waters within, and near, the jurisdiction of the United States of America as well as assist and serve alongside the United States Navy as seen necessary by the Secretary of The Navy and the President.
4. Coast Guard sailors will maintain their current uniforms, traditional unit structures, and traditions while serving under the Department of the Navy.

1. The 21st Military Police Battalion of the Texas Army National Guard is hereby federalized, under the command of the President of the United States, and ordered to immediately mobilize.
2. The 22nd Military Police Battalion of the Texas Army National Guard is hereby federalized, under the command of the President of the United States, and ordered to immediately mobilize.
3. The 23rd Military Police Battalion of the Texas Army National Guard is hereby federalized, under the command of the President of the United States, and ordered to immediately mobilize.
4. The 24th Military Police Battalion of the Texas Army National Guard is hereby federalized, under the command of the President of the United States, and ordered to immediately mobilize.

1. The United States Coast Guard, along with all of its assets and personnel, shall immediately be transferred from the Department of the Navy to the Department of Homeland Security.
2. E.O. 23-6 and all provisions within it are rescinded effective immediately.
3. The 21st Military Police Battalion of the Texas Army National Guard is hereby no longer federalized, is now under the command of the Governor of Texas, and ordered to stand down.
4. The 22nd Military Police Battalion of the Texas Army National Guard is hereby no longer federalized, is now under the command of the Governor of Texas, and ordered to stand down.
5. The 23rd Military Police Battalion of the Texas Army National Guard is hereby no longer federalized, is now under the command of the Governor of Texas, and ordered to stand down.
6. The 24th Military Police Battalion of the Texas Army National Guard is hereby no longer federalized, is now under the command of the Governor of Texas, and ordered to stand down.
7. E.O. 23-7 and all provisions within it are rescinded effective immediately.

SALE OF OIL FROM THE STRATEGIC PETROLEUM RESERVE​

WHEREAS the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to ensure the national security and interests of the United States:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States, and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces, it is hereby ordered as follows:

1. The Department of Energy will sell twenty-million barrels of crude oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve at fair market value in order to lower the global price of oil and fuel.
2. The Department of Energy will ensure that the sale of petroleum from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is to refineries based in the United States, Canada, or Europe.
3. The Department of Energy will disclose a full report to the President by Friday as to what measures can be taken to further lower global fuel costs, especially in Europe and France.

1. The 21st Military Police Battalion of the District of Columbia Army National Guard is hereby federalized, under the command of the President of the United States, and ordered to immediately mobilize.

MILITARY BASE RESTORATION​

WHEREAS the United States faces an uncertain geopolitical landscape in the Western Hemisphere and must take all available measures to ensure domestic security:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States, and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces, it is hereby ordered as follows:

1. The United States Navy shall immediately regain ownership of Roosevelt Roads Naval Station, and all lands previously associated with it, in Puerto Rico and restore it to working order as soon as possible. This facility will be owned and operated by the United States Navy, but shall be restored so that the Air Force, Coast Guard, and other branches of the armed forces and agencies of the United States may use it when necessary.
2. The United States Air Force shall immediately regain ownership of Loring Air Force Base, and all lands previously associated with it, and restore it to working order as soon as possible.
