Subject: Constructive Dialogue Between European Powers
Dear President Buzek,
Please accept my congratulations on your leadership and my sincere interest in opening a direct and constructive channel between our governments. Poland’s growing role in European affairs is evident. France recognizes that stability on our continent requires engagement between its strongest actors, particularly at a time when global alignments are shifting. It is in the interest of both Paris and Warsaw that competition, where it exists, remains structured, predictable, and grounded in mutual respect. I propose an early bilateral meeting to exchange perspectives on regional security, economic coordination, and the long-term architecture of European stability. France want to approach Poland, not as a distant observer, but as a committed European power prepared to engage seriously and respectfully with youselves.
I look forward to our discussion.
Respectfully,
Jean-Luc Moreau
President of the French Republic
