The Minister of Defense, Émilienne Beauregard, would use an encrypted line to call the Nigerian President or if he wasn't available her Nigerian counterpart.

Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan would be notified of an encrypted call from the New French Government, he would order it fielded directly to his personal encrypted line. He would close the door to his private office and then answer the private and secured phone line.

To begin, however, I would like to inform you that the French Defense Industry has been fully integrated into the new French government and that Nigeria's military order from the company will still be completed if Nigeria still wishes to have them.

Apart from that, is there anything specific you would like to address? Or shall we simply discuss the basics?"

"We are most relieved and happy to hear this news. Further we would lile to inquire the status of the vehicles being built in lots of 500. Have the second or third batches of these vehicles begun production?

We would also like to discuss the vital strategic relationship that is natural between our two states with the completion of our arms treaty. Italy and Germany now seem belligerent towards both of our governments, and we believe that a close relationship focused on joint development and joint security would be in both of our interests."

France would be interested in such a close relationship with Nigeria."

The Nigerian delegation will sail to France and dock in Nice on one of the several Frigates you have provided the Navy. President Maxence Cuvillier will also be traveling to Nice once your ship has made contact with our base in Toulon to sign the guarantees of independence."
