Dear Secretary Jackson Fitzgerald and Secretary Lawrence Adams, With the collapse of the Australian Government and their leadership of the South Pacific Forum, we would like to convene a meeting or video call between France, United States of America and the United Kingdom to elect a new and to elect the leadership of organisations and specialised agencies to allow our three countries to cooperate within the region. Thank you for contacting the Foreign Office, we apologise for the delay.

We have raised this to the attention of the Foreign Secretary who has confirmed that the United Kingdom will attend a meeting, providing that all members of the South Pacific Forum are present.

The Governor of Pitcairn, Martin Williams, will participate via video call and we will be able to send two advisors in person to attend if all members are in agreement.

If this is to go ahead, please can you confirm the date and time.
